Still very Yummy but the sizes of the items have been cut by almost half. The price is still reasonable ($5.99 for the Peanut Buster Parfait) and they put Oreos in my parfait because I cannot have peanuts. “I’ll be back!”

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. It’s so refreshing compared to most fast food restaurants today. Eating with my wife and two young children.I miscommunicated my order and they fixed it for me quickly. My wife wasn’t liking her coffee and they happily remade it for her. I don’t normally leave reviews but they were just outstanding here and deserved the praise.

I recently went to the Lowell Dairy Queen, ordered a vanilla malt, which for me is preferable to a vanilla shake and the reason I go specifically there sometimes. I asked the girl at the drive thru if it was indeed a malt, (another DQ had forgotten the malt ) and she assured me it was malted.
I drive away, and realized it was plain vanilla. Not a big deal, but I just wanted what I had specifically asked and looked forward to. I went back through the empty drive thru, and stated it wasn’t a malt. The original girl was very polite, and asked someone behind her about the order. A blonde girl came and I offered her the full vanilla shake (sans sip) I received which she said she couldn’t take back and I understood. The original clerk politely apologized and said she didn’t make the drink.
The blonde returned after talking with others inside, handed me a new shake, and said, “we made you a new one, but I made the first one and I put malt in it.” I replied there was not a hint of malt, and if she wanted she could try it herself.
Nothing else, she just acted as if I had lied and defended her error with refusal to admit it was without malt.
I’d have been fine with a generic, Sorry, here you go!
I didn’t expect the rudeness, and she just shut the window after telling me she DID put malt in my drink. Maybe somebody got malt, but it wasn’t me, so lucky them!
It was just a trip I don’t want to repeat at that location.

There is no reason anyone should sit at the speaker of the drive thru for 10+ minutes without any employee acknowledging us. When we finally asked if the speaker was working they responded with busy it’ll be a minute. Thanks if you would have said this upon us pulling up to the speaker we would have known that. And with two cars ahead of us and a pretty empty parking lot I feel like customer service was the worst it’s been. Ended up leaving and going next door to Sonic. We watched three more cars leave Dairy Queen without ordering for the same reason.

I was on a doordash I’ve been to several dairy Queens on a doordash and this is hands down the best one. There are so positive and upbeat. They welcome you when you come in and they thank when they when you are leaving. And they all tell you to have a blessed day God still does exist I wouldn’t recommend this dairy Queen over all others

Some places set the bar against which other restaurants are measured and this is one of them. It’s like a Chick-fil-a and a 1950s diner had a baby that grew up to be president. I live in terror that I’ll wake up one day in an alternate universe where everything is the same except this specific Dairy Queen is gone. The breakfast here has NO RIGHT to be as good as it is, too. 11/10 value for cost.

I have purchased two ice-cream cakes from this location and they have both been delicious. These cakes are loved by kids. So if you want a yummy cake for your kids next birthday these are great. They have several sizes available at all times. They also have some designs you can order with time.

I got the new Pumpkin Cookie Butter shake on a whim and it was so good! The employee at the drive through was super friendly and even though it was right at the dinner rush I still got my food quick which I can’t say about most other fast food places. Definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely one of the best fast food (or any restaurant) establishments you’re ever going to step into. The staff and environment are next level due to the incredible service provided by front gal Carrie Cash! She absolutely sets the standard for what counter support staff should be doing. It’s clear the whole crew works as a team. TO ANY RESTAURANT WANTING TO TEACH THEIR PEOPLE WHAT PERFECTION LOOKS LIKE… VISIT HERE AROUND LUNCH AND WATCH THE MAGIC HAPPEN!
