genuinely the worst mcdonalds i have ever been to. it used to be great when the ruckers and larry owned it but it’s actually pathetic having employees not listen to you and get your order wrong after repeating yourself 6 times. hopefully the new owners get bought out. i wanted ketchup pickle mayo only. not ketchup mayo onion and a fly.

Paid $40 for the food. Did not have the pickle seasoning in neither one of the grinch meals. And our chicken nuggets were very old . They had a very bad taste. When I tried to call back serval times , no answer. I am very disappointed considering we came there for the grinch meal.

This place is trash now!! Bring back Amanda Rucker!!! Went in there tonight and my quarter pounder was ice cold and even had to wait for the food to be ready, fries barely luke warm. Time before that they didn’t put any condiments on my burger. Idk who bought this place but y’all need to do better or just shut down now!!! This is by far the worst McDonalds I have been too. It used to be so good when Amanda owned it! Keep going like this and yall ain’t gonna last!! PATHETIC!!

I fully understand that breakfast ends at 10:30 a.m. which is exactly why I placed my mobile order before that time and arrived before that time. My order was placed at 10:25 a.m., and I pulled into the drive-thru at 10:28 a.m. The car ahead of me was finishing their order, so by the time I reached the speaker, it was 10:30 on the dot.
When I gave the gentleman my mobile app code, he informed me, without hesitation, that my breakfast order would not be made because breakfast had “just ended.” That response is unacceptable. The order was confirmed, the payment processed, and the ingredients were clearly still available. It’s not that breakfast ended, it’s that the service ended early.
If the policy is to stop serving at 10:30, then service should continue through 10:30, not stop before it. If the food is still being put away, then the customer’s confirmed order, placed within the time window, should absolutely be honored.
This wasn’t about missing a meal; it was about principle and poor execution. Stop putting things away before the clock strikes 10:30. Terrible service, plain and simple. (Photo of 10:25 a.m. order attached.)

Food is cold many times. After 11 pm it’s sat for a long time and is not eatable The coffee isn’t filled up in your cup . It’s 80% filled up. They round up now. 1.99 coffee equals 2.00 because you don’t get your penny. . I’m done going there. Bad food and they keep your change. No thanks. Hope you improve, but I’ll never know because I’m done going there.

We had a really good time at this McDonald’s. The place was clean and comfortable, and our little one loved the playground — it was perfect for kids to have fun while we relaxed. The staff were young, friendly, and very polite. Everyone treated us with kindness and a smile. Overall, we really enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back!

I arrived to the drive thru at 10:29am and tried to order lunch. The person inside made a big deal that lunch isn’t served until 10:30. I drove around, parked and went inside. I ordered lunch to go at 10:31 and when I opened the hamburger, the bun was dry and hard and the fries were borderline warm. Shouldn’t the food be hot and fresh at the transition from breakfast to lunch? I didn’t have time to take the food back so I bagged it and didn’t eat it. This isn’t the first time I’ve received marginal food or service at this location since the new owners took over.

I went thru drive thru and received someone else’s entire order. I had to go back thru the drive thru line a second time (2 sleeping babies) this time it took me 30 mins to get to the window. I explained what happened and provided my receipt as proof. They requested I pull to spot #1. I did just that. I received my food after waiting there what seemed like forever. I ate half the burger before looking down to see it was RAW. They didn’t even cook my food before serving it to me.

Food is good, dirty tables 24/7, service is constantly slow. The new owner seems to just care to save money and is cutting out positions to fill his pockets. Place is going downhill since it was sold. Guess the owner doesn’t know how to run a restaraunt. This is the same thing that happened to the bassett forks mcdonalds.

Stopped in to get a cold coffee and two Mcgridles. Food was good. The store is clean. One of the better McDonalds that Ive been too. The service is where this place got five stars. The young lady that helped me was very friendly, very helpfull, and very professional. She took the time to explain the differences between all the coffee dranks to me. Customer service can make or break a business. Good job, McDonalds.
