The restaurant was very clean. The cashier was very enthusiastic and made our experience great. Family of 7, each kid ordered and he was very kind with all of the 5 kids. It was change over from breakfast to lunch. The food was hot, fresh and delicious!

So I received cold food it was obviously made hours before I even placed my order. Was missing my most expensive item, only received half of my large frozen Coke. And one of the employees on the third shift had the audacity to take a bite out of one of my jalapeno popper things and put what they didn’t need back in the box. This is not the first time I’ve had issues with this place it was pretty much the same thing last time. Dislocation needs to be shut down and the franchisees license revoked for running such a poorly run business. It is shameful.

I went to a Wendy’s for breakfast that was convenient for my commute and received the worst service. I went out of my way, hoping that I would not get the same treatment at this burger king. The young lady that took my order, took my funds and bagged my order was so kind and patient! I would gladly go out of my way again to come here! They even had someone making sure the grounds were clean!

Bad Food services as a Manager I don’t know her name. I know she wear contacts in her eyes with dreads. She serve me a Jr Whopper one was okay the other just looked like she was mad at me. I came to tell her some tall light skin young man. Seems to get mad at me wanting to fight me.When I ask him to step to the side ,because I was very disappointed of the services I want to see the Manager make it over correctly. This place always closed early for dining (6:50pm). I was gonna place an order on my mobile for faster process, but in the midst of it, an employee told me the lobby was close and I heard “my apologies we not taking orders atm”(6:55pm). Why is that⁉️ & this is not my first time ever trying g to place an order here at this location‼️Why this burger king even over here at Greenbriar if the employees in there not going serve the customers‼️Please, explain‼️⁉️

Went in on 11/24/2025 (inside the lobby) waited approx. 10 minutes before the manager of the store runs out on the phone stating every time he comes in it’s some bull ish going on and proceeded to tell us the lobby is closed with 4 people in line. The cashier is finishing up a mobile order and the manager asks her what she is doing and she replies to him. His reply is even more repulsive after that….he says….oh…ok… don’t ring up anyone in line I’m just trying to handle the drive through. Paying customers got turned away with it seems 4 people working. I’m convinced that people no longer want a work….they want a paycheck without the effort.

Drive through was long so we went inside where no one was being waited on. We stood there for almost 10 minutes with no one taking our order. One worker asked another worker, “should I go ahead and take there order” the guy said “no leave them there I need to focus on drive through”. Apparently they need more workers because someone should handle inside customers and someone should handle drive through. Or they should have closed inside since they can’t focus on both. I couldn’t spend my money with bad customer service. After a few more minutes I left with my hungry son upset.

7:00 pm jan,30 ,2025 ..Terrible… Bk the worst ran establishment in Atlanta … some you just can’t go to and greenbrier one of em along with Cleveland Ave. I stop ordering anything but a simple double cheeseburger so I dont get slopped to death, the two girls messed that up on a mobile order. Now I’m about to just order my sandwich naked with just meat and cheese, these Girls is pathetic they can’t even work a ketchup bottle let along cook something. Went to the store around 730pm today and ordered two Impossible whoppers. I began to eat my sandwich and immediately noticed it tasted like beef. I took another bite and knew it was beef. I became nauseous and acid reflux. My husband who usually get a beef whopper, immediately notice his Impossible was beef as well with the first bite. I have called several times to reach a manager.
