This McDonald’s is one of the worst of the worst. It’s rare you get out of there with A: everything you ordered and/or B: the food made THE WAY you ordered it. Tonight’s screw up was: ordered one of the$5 McDouble value meals. They didn’t forget the chicken nuggets this time. Cue applause! However, the burger was ordered plain. It came with everything. And to make matters worse… the onions were placed on the patties underneath the cheese so you had to scrape all the cheese off in order to get the onions off but then you’re left with the burger tasting like a bad burger from Krystal’s. What kind of psycho puts the onions between the patties? Don’t even get me started on the unprofessional profanity that’s been spewed through the window to customers over the years. How hard is it to ensure your job is done right when you’re making almost as much as I do and I handle biohazards all day? Do better McDonald’s.

Went through the drive thru… Had to wait much longer than normal for my order. When they brought it out I was missing half the order. I went in to just be looked at then completely ignored by the worker. He went right to the back I left me by the register for about 5 mins before I started saying hello to get someones attention – I was just waved at by the manager. I had to signal it was missing food before I was even approached. Everytime I order from here they forget items that are ordered and paid for. I come from chicago where every McDonald’s is jam packed busy all the time and they barely messed up an order. There is no excuse for this while having a house full of employees. It was ridiculous and such a waste of time. Double check your order before you leave. Sad.

Was able to place a mobile drive thru order but once I arrived to the restaurant, they had already closed, and over twenty minutes early at that. Drive thru blocked off and doors locked. Just wish the order hadn’t gone through if the store was already closed.

This is probably the worst McD’s out there, good luck trying to get a mobile curbside order in under 30 minutes. Half the time the orders are completely wrong and not even fresh

Employees were VERY unprofessional and seemed to not even remotely concerned that potential customers could hear the conversations/complaints about coworkers and/or customers. I would STRONGLY recommend to visit the other locations in Florence if you HAVE to have McDonald’s. I will NEVER go to this location at all.

It was a night I got off and I pulled through the drive through and ordered 3 mcdoubles and two McChicken with cheese I as t lady at window if they had cheese and she said yes I got home with them they didn’t I called and talk to a manger she was very rude and she knows they had cheese because she made them well they didn’t and I live one mile from Tennessee so it’s at least 25 minutes away from this McDonald’s so it sucked but most of the manger that told me I should have checked it before I left cause this isn’t the first time they have gotten my order wrong so I called to complain it’s like the 3rd time it happened it’s like they don’t know how to read the ordered board it will be on the order ticket on top of sandwich but the cheese is never on it I wished I knew the managers name that night because she was very rude and disrespectful she should not be a manger.!!!!!!!!!!

I normally don’t leave reviews, but the experience at this local McDonald’s was disappointing enough that I felt it needed to be said. The staff seemed disorganized and uninterested.
As for the food, it was just as underwhelming. Fries were cold and soggy, the burger looked like it had been thrown together in a hurry, and everything tasted stale. Definitely not the standard I expect from a global brand like McDonald’s.
This location needs serious improvement in both customer service and food quality. Until then, I won’t be returning.
