Girl taking orders seemed like she was another world. Took her 3 times to get the person’s in front of me order correct. Then put the incorrect name on my food. Didn’t know it was ready and was a little cold. I’ll provide an update on my next visit to see if service has improved.

Ordered a sandwich got home to find it barely had any meat on it , drove back and with our any question the manager made me a new sandwich. Other than driving back and forth I really appreciate him correcting my order. Second sandwich was great thank you

Arby’s used to be affordable, but paying about $10 for a meal now is disappointing enough. What really frustrated me was having to ask twice for ketchup and Arby’s sauce. I requested it when ordering, then had to ask again at the window. I was told if you don’t ask at the window, they won’t include it. That shouldn’t be the customer’s responsibility after already requesting it. Service like that makes the higher prices even harder to accept.

Just ordered 3 Arby’s sandwiches and fries. And chicken nuggets
The sandwiches were cold,and also made wrong.
The fries were old and crumbs. The chicken nuggets was cold and old.
Very disappointed with the food and service truly disgusted, furthermore the link that was sent in the Arby’s apology reply does not work again truly disappointed with the food and customer service

My husband went through the drive thru. He ordered regular roast beef, loaded Italian, med drink and med curly fries. His loaded Italian didn’t have banana peppers on it. The regular roast beef was beef and cheddar. The bun on beef and cheddar had some kind of slimy brown stuff on top and bottom. They don’t answer their phones. Like they know they screwed up

When u ask for extra Arby and horsey sauce and you’re only giving one packet Of each Arby’s, you can do a lot better and not skimp on one packet of each for your customers no matter what store you go to that’s all you get that’s not enough for a sandwich and all of your fries do better

It’s touch and go with this restaurant. Sometimes you get efficient fast and friendly service, sometimes you wait forever for no apparent reason with horrible service and very rude employees that argue with you about what you ordered. Get the correct food here about 85% of the time.
