Is it corporate policy to leave a customer standing at the register without being acknowledged? Horrible customer service! This is how my co-worker was treated at this establishment. He ended up walking out and spending his money across the street at Wawa. My advice is go to Chick-Fil-A where they value customer service!

If I could give zero stars I would. This location is HORRIBLE. When I ordered I requested fresh food because they known for handing out OLD FOOD! I still got old food. The chicken was so hard and dry i could hve knock somebody out with it. Smh. This location really makes wendys look bad!

Well I tried the breakfast for the first time it was terrible I ordered 6pc french toast meal it was paper thin and rubbery and potatoes were cooked stale and dried out it was a waste of $8. I ate 1 PC of toast and 3potatoes that were ok, not hard. They won’t get my money again.
Post 2 second visit store still is terrible, out of breakfast items at 9:30 in morning and waiting 15/20 min in line from order to food pickup they don’t care about people’s time and whole time I’m at window girl on her cell phone

I have gotten food from this establishment before with no issues but today was the worst. My chicken asiago sandwich was not cooked on the inside and I was not aware until I was going for my 3rd bite and I could not bite down. I took a look and it was raw; i even broke the sandwich in half to see if it was the entire middle and it was. I immediately called the establishment 6 times; not even wanting another sandwich because at this point I’m shook but to give a warning to make sure they are cooking their food thoroughly. No one ever answered.

A couple nights ago I went to this place after work. I went through the drive through after doing my order on my Wendy’s app. They had a buy one, get one free chicken sandwich deal on the app., so that’s what I purchased. Everything was perfect. The order was correct. The best part is there was no cars in the drive thru lanes, so it only took a couple minutes to get there and get my food and get going again. I appreciate their service. They did a great job.
