I got my hair done earlier today and wasn’t feeling too sure about the color. I walked into this Costa Vida and immediately was confidence boosted. They welcomed me in and EVERY team member was complimenting my hair. They were smiley and super friendly with me. First fast food experience I’ve had in a LONGGG time where I was actually getting really good customer service. Super good team!! I hope this location gets more customers so they can see them too. Thank you guys for making my day and making my AMAZING food!!!! ‼️

Costa vida is great. This location CAN be great. It just seems to depend on who’s working. I’ve had phenomenal service, and also waited more than 30 minutes before. It really just depends on the staff and how many there are when you visit. The last time I was here (today) it was great. It was clean and things ran smoothly. I’d always say give this place a chance, just recognize it is a gamble depending on when.

Date Night and we got takeout from this Costa Vida location. We learned that they are going to be closed for remodeling soon.

We came in with 4 kids and a grandma and it was chaotic for the poor restaurant. Raymond came over and immediately offered the private back room and was so kind with all the kids and all of our needs. I love this location. I love Raymond. THANK YOU!!

I hate to be the guy that gives a bad review, but our experience of this Costa Vida was awful. I asked specifically in the drive-through for a thing of ranch with my nachos and they didn’t give it to me so we asked for them to give us one and they said they wouldn’t because I didn’t ask for it in the first place even though the guy asked if I wanted a 4 ounce or a 2 ounce. Not a huge deal but just the fact that they had to fight us on it made me not wanna come back here. The guy also was very impatient with us when we were ordering.

Did a mobile order pickup and pathetic is an understatement. Did not have the dressing for the salad, ordered extra dressing which I did not receive either. Coke was completely flat and syrup was off. Quesadilla had a pinch of cheese and a couple pieces of chicken. I now HAVE to check the order before I drive away even though I should not have to. I paid for the food and it was on the app so there should be zero excuses for missing items. The quality is just poor management and expectations of team members. Do better Costa.

Costa Vida has a simple menu, something like 8 items. However, they have like a dozen ingredients with 3 or 4 toppings to go with. You choose the basic menu item, then start filling it how you prefer, they wrap it up by adding some of the side ingredients you want, put on your toppings and run it all through quick heat process.
They are friendly, knowledgeable, quick. Afterwards, you can take it to go, or find a place to sit and eat. The tables are not premium but always clean.
