Just left the Brooksville chipotle. We had the pleasure of having Clay wait on us and he was quick and even protected our sour cream on his own. Even the manager was friendly. We definitely will be back! The drive from Inverness is worth it. Maybe management from here could travel to Inverness and show them what customer service should be!

This location has really gone downhill. The staff always seem miserable and unfriendly. Tables were all filthy. Napkins are only kept at the drink station- so you’ve got to wait in line to get a napkin. Got a terrible stomachache after eating. Won’t be back.

My husband and I came here to try the new chicken al pastor we both got a bowl I don’t usually complain because I work in the food service industry so I know that this type of work can be exhausting with that being said when we were working on my bowl and I asked marale for queso she scraped the bottom of the pan for what looked to be like1/4 of the scoop so I asked if I could get some more and she did the same thing and it yeilded about the same amount I figured ya know what I’m sure they have had a long day as it was 9 pmish (they don’t close until 11) but whatever so when I asked for guacamole she scooped a massive amount on there didn’t have a problem with that because I love guac but when I asked for lettuce it was the same thing as the cheese teeny tiny amount. Again I understand an exhausting job so I just looked over it here is where I have the problem my husband is ordering his bowl and Michelle dead seriously looked at my husband when he asked for queso and said we are out of queso and he looks at me and asks if she is serious because I ordered a side of queso and chips that was just handed to me as she told him they were out now I can understand if you were busy and were legit out but no they were NOT out Michelle just didn’t want to walk a few steps over to get any from the other side so after my husband questioned this the attitude that was already there just got worse I literally had to buy a 5 dollar chips and queso just to get a regular amount for my bowl didn’t even eat the chips because they were so stale I couldn’t even chew them. I have eaten at a lot of restaurants and this Chipotle is definitely the absolute worst one I have ever been to everyone I believe hated their job here everyone had an attitude and acted so miserable you could literally feel the tension in this building I usually post on many places that we go because we always have our little dates we go on but this experience was so terrible I definitely did not want to promote this store in any way what so ever if you are thinking about Chipotle do your self a favor and go to literally ANYONE other than this one. I get inflation is a thing but, to pay for a meal and getting home to only having half of one is absurd. Not to mention I got a big chunk of pork and it was a lump of fat that I had to pick the meat off of myself. This is ridiculous, it is not the first or second time it has happened. However, this will be the last. I will take my business elsewhere for a real portion of food. The amount of food I received is enough to satisfy a toddler. It must be emboldening to know you can skimp out on portions knowing that a paying customer ordered their food through the app to go and do not have them there in person to see how you’re doing them wrong.
Also, it sucks to buy food and still be hungry after eating.

We tried this location on Saturday afternoon so it was understandably busy. We went in to place an order to go and there was a pretty long line. The girl who was making the dishes did a great job even though she was by herself. The online order area seemed to be moving pretty quickly. The food was great.

I absolutely love this location! Everyone has always been friendly and they get you in and out very quickly. The thing i like the most is that they take the extra time to make sure the ingredients aren’t spilling out of the burrito or container. I was extremely satisfied with every aspect.

Does not care about mobile order whatsoever. Waited 20 minutes order said ready then waited an additional 20 minutes as I watched them help everybody in store as a line of mobile order customers formed on the side. After almost an hourrrr of waiting and we finally got our half scooped burritos. Would not recommend mobile orders at this chipotle EVER
