Worst service ever!!! Every single time i go to this place they get my order wrong! EVERY TIME! Then when you go in to tell them they messed up AGAIN it takes them 10 minutes to correct your order. Givin them chance after chance. Will NEVER go again. Seriously worst place ever!!!!!!!!!

First time at this location. For lunch. I hot the burger NM style of course! I was great. I don’t eat gluten so I got in a bowl. Very good flavor on the burger. Needed to add ketchup but that’s not unusual. The strawberry shake was great and fast from the kitchen. The seasoned fries were certainly the highlight! They were crispy and soft at the same time and seasoning mix was perfect. I would definitely eat lunch here again.

My meal would not have tasted so badly had I not had to pay for it twice! Placed an order online so it would be ready when I got there, paid it online also. Got there and was told they didn’t get my order. Had to reorder and pay again so I could get back to work not starving . Staff was 100% unhelpful and clueless. The buns on my burger was stale and the burrito had mushy hash browns and no chile. Tried calling them but it kept going to voicemail and I am at work so I didn’t have time to go back. I waisted $23 for crap food!

I spent 32 minutes in the drive thru before getting my order. All the burritos were very skinny and cold. Other Blake restaurants in town would never do this to you. Do not come here!

We don’t go through the drive thru because it is hit and miss. But, the service inside is usually good and the food has consistently come out correct, hot, and tasty! Blake’s is a long time favorite of my family and I will continue to give them business at multiple locations. I do especially enjoy their breakfast burritos with green chile.

This Blake’s is usually pretty good. But this time I waited 20 minutes to get my food because I thought I’d try Blake’s chili fries. Turns out the chili wasn’t ready, but nobody told me until I asked why it was taking so long. When I finally got my order the burger was cold from sitting, the fries were cold. And the chili fries I waited so long for we’re also cold … not even warm enough to melt the cheese! I would leave 1 Star, but they’ve been good in the past so I’m hoping this is a one-time bad experience…
