The food was exactly what I was craving fresh and well-portioned. However, the service was a bit of a letdown today. We stop here everytime we come through to visit family in Indy. Employees never seem happy. No smiles. No polite conversation or welcoming feeling. Very task oriented but they forget about the customer experience. Loved that it was late and thry still had fresh meats but steak was nearly raw this time around. I like a well cooked piece of meat. They also kept the fat chunks on the pan because I got quote a few fat pieces in the mix. Love the food here normally. Would just love to see them smile and be a happier environment.

Little disappointed. I ordered online and picked up my bowl and this is how much was put into it and I even payed $5 for double meat. I eat at chipotle often as it is great food but it is funny to me that people complain about portions and they only filled half the bowl. I see why people complain when you pay $15 and get this.

This place literally does not care about your food!!! The food was awful and the service was even worse, this is no exaggeration. The people working hurried my order as if they had 90k ppl to serve behind me. Both of my orders ended up being wrong because I was so rushed and had employees distracting me. They need to slow down and I blame management. This place is awful! The only meat that looked halfway appealing was the asada smh. Do better Chipotle!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

First time here and I was super impressed. I ordered a half chicken half steak bowl with tortilla shells on the side. I probably should have gone with brown rice instead of white. I am so happy i got the corn on there because it was packed with flavor! The meat had great seasoning to it as well. I appreciated them letting me know the guacamole was an extra charge before i got it but it’s totally worth it! Huge portions here. I have 2 more meals out of this! I will definitely add the chips and salsa next round too. Staff was very friendly and efficient. I was in and out in 3 minutes!

Came in on a pit stop during a class field trip and the workers handled 40+ people amazing. Fast as hell and still very nice. Food was good too, what u expect from Chipotle.

I wish I could give them zero stars first the lady only put like 7 little pieces of steak on my burrito it was a tip of the spoon not even half a spoon full. I ask for more they changed almost $ 6 dollars more for extra. I get home to eat it and the steak was really, really tough full of fat I couldn’t even eat it. It was not tasty at all for a 20 dollar sandwich it should have been delicious and it was disgusting. I will never buy a steak burrito from them ever again. Just ridiculous.
