Great food, great service, atmosphere was a little loud but really it was Valentine’s Day and most places like this are pretty loud. CHEF was amazing and entertaining!

Also no reservations and got us in pretty damn fast. Would travel the 70 miles again to eat there.

One of my all time favorite places to eat! My family and I have gone here multiple times for birthdays, holidays, or just for fun!

All the hibachi chefs are insanely talented. Part of the experience is their showmanship of hibachi skills mixed with hilarious humor and fun engagement. One of our favorites is Marcos. We have always had a great time with him as our chef!

The food is amazing! I always go for the Rocky’s Choice (Steak & Shrimp) with extra fried rice. Even then I’m still left wanting more!

If you’re looking for a fun night out to eat with family and friends I highly recommend Fujiyama’s!

First time at hibachi and we loved it! The service was fast and we loved the experience! The food was absolutely delicious! My daughter got sushi, she said the spicy tuna roll wasn’t really spicy compared to other places but her fire roll made up for it. We got the surf and turf and the ribeye and everything was literally melt in your mouth good! We will be back

Fujiyama delivered in several areas. The presentation, service, and experience was some of the best. Everyone in our party had a great time, and the chef was hilarious, entertaining, and talented. I honestly thought this place was something to consider for future events since everyone had a great time and the food was tasty. I had the 10oz filet, and the steak, along with all the other items were cooked well. The chef even got my son, who was somewhat scared of all the fire to get behind the cooktop and stir up some of the rice. I unfortunately almost didn’t make it home. Out of the 4 people in my family, my daughter is the only one who didn’t get sick. We all ate varying things, so I’m not able to confidently say what the problem food was, but my body did not appreciate it. I also talked to another group that was with us who shared the same fate as I. My wife and son did not go to work or school the next day. The salad was a bit brown and lots of bacteria can hang out on produce. I’m willing to try this place again in the future, but there would need to be something legitimately considered and done by their team to find the source of what made so many people sick.

Great Japanese food. The show is nice and the service was good. It is pricey, but that is expected at these your of dinners. It is best for special occasions.

The taste of the food here was good, though not being of the highest of quality for the price. The staff and hibachi cooks were nice. However, I am leaving a one star review because of excessive burnt remnants that was served with my food. We came with a large party and the table was full. By the time my salmon was cooked, multiple pieces of steak and chicken had already been cooked, and the burnt remnants from the earlier foods were left to crisp on the stove without being cleaned off, then my salmon was cooked on top of the already burnt leftovers. When I was served, the salmon was riddled with burnt scraps of meat, oil, and fat from the previous dishes. This was very disappointing. I tried to clean off my salmon, but it was covered on both sides with hundreds of small burnt pieces. I did not get to enjoy my meal, and spent 20 minutes cleaning off small black pieces from my food, before deciding it wasn’t worth the hassle. In the end, I had only gotten to to eat 1/3 of my salmon. It should never be the job of the customer to clean their food to make it edible. Burnt pieces and remnants like this are filled with carcinogens, and I will never be coming back.

Expect to sit and share the habachi with other strangers aswell if you do not show up with a party of at least 8 people.

I’m visiting from out of town but was invited to try the Fujiyama steakhouse & bar. Lijing was the server and she was welcoming and friendly and fabulous! The great service was enough to cause me to come back, but the hibachi dish was also good, paired with the chicken fried rice upgrade and steamed vegetables, the portion was definitely a lunch size, and was satisfying but not overfilling :-). – can’t wait to return.

I went here with 2 others for an early dinner about 5 pm on a whim. When we walked in the lobby was packed with 20+ employees standing around socializing with each other and ignoring customers. We saw many many seats open. When we finally made it past all the employees standing around I was able to talk to a hostess and she said there are absolutely no tables open, even though I quickly counted 7 tables with no one there. She asked if we wanted the show or just food. I wanted whatever was faster. She told me the next show was at 5:30 and to have a seat. After 20 minutes of sitting she came up to us and said that the 5:30 show is already booked up and she didn’t know when the next table would go open. She blamed the customers that were already seated for “taking too long to leave”. That is a direct quote. At that point between being told that seats were gone after waiting 20 minutes, the noisy employees that crowded the entrance for 15 minutes, and the hostess blaming already seated customers for being too slow, we were done. We just left. As we were leaving the multiple hostesses standing around looked offended like we were the problem. I’ll never go back there again!
