Visited 3/4. Fantastic as usual. They have great senior specials. The pepperoni was very good. Enough for leftovers. As Max recommended the brownie was great. Food is always good and hot. I love the gravy bread!

My first italian beef sandwich, I took it fully dipped. The bread was holding up, it was wet and tender. The flavors were great, not hot, the spices brought a nice heat, loved it. Surcharge of 0.75$ for a few sweet peppers though ..

Went FIRST thing in the morning , like we were there when they opened, ran in ordered 3 sandwiches. They were very pleasant, and had the food in just minutes! And it’s so dang good! Can’t wait to drive the 3 hours to go back! ❤️

Ordered some food through the Buona app. Picked up the order in their Drive thru and everything was made accurately and fresh. The grilled chicken sandwich was delicious as were the fries. Crispy hot and not too salty, these fries were bangin. The beef sandwich though…..absolutely amazing. Had mine with red sauce and mozzarella. And let me tell you, this wasnt a skimpy Portillos style beef sandwich, this bad boy was over flowing with beef! So flavorful and tender. And they didn’t skimp on the mozz either. Abso-freakin delicious.

The more I visit this location the more disappointed I become.
Over the months I have been here, I usually order a double cheeseburger but they have consistently left out the cheese multiple times. This isn’t a big deal, but if I am paying 99 cents for a slice of cheese you know that I am going to want it.
With their in-app offer I asked if I could upgrade an offer from a single cheese burger to a double. They declined that, but would add cheese on instead for extra. I’m not sure where these rules are coming from but it doesn’t make any sense to me.
To top it off, I feel that I shouldn’t have to wait over 10 minutes for a cheeseburger on a Monday afternoon (which is not hot anymore after waiting) and fries (even if they are “fresh”).
Staff is nice, but I am getting fed up with the inconsistencies.

This place has been getting better every visit. Your Manager Adriana by far has the best customer service, Always so attentive and helpful when it comes redeeming points,every visit she checks in on us to make sur everything is how it is suppose to be. Today was a little different we encountered her talking to a customer who was one of her regulars at another store.It shows a lot when your customers follow you around. Keep up the great work Adriana. You make every visit worth it. I hope your bosses see the dedication that you put into your work day by day because we definitely do.

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers today inside the restaurant for carryout. Very specific items to not put on the burgers due to allergies. Both burgers were incorrect & had to be scraped of the condiments that shouldn’t have been there and rinsed in order to eat them when I arrived home. Disappointed that the receipt clearly stated what I needed yet the kitchen staff couldn’t put it together correctly. Also, saw the kitchen staff put onions on one of the burgers incorrectly & then instead of redoing the entire thing, just took the onions off & put the bun on top. Thanks for the great service of caring about my order.

I love this spot. Better taste, better quality and better price than portillos or any other beef place around here. The staff is always warm and attentive. Very clean and orderly restaurant as well. I eat here 2 to 3 times a week, no joke. 10/10 would recommend!

I went thru the drive thru and placed my order. The problem i had was that the person taking my order needed everything repeated back to him not once or twice but 3 times. It got very anoying and I am glad the only thing they got wrong was my combo was drowned in juice. The food was good and would go back again I just hope I do not get the same person to take my order.
