The very first time I went to this location it was good. Never again these last three visits was not satisfactory at all. Today I got the wrist spicy crispy chicken ever, hardly any chicken there were cold and oily I couldn’t even eat them. The fries were cold and my son spicy chicken was hard. The whoppers was okay, a little warm but not hot. Looking for a new location wish I had the time to get it all remade. Not to mention my son ordered a coke and the cup had orange drink all over. I pray they didn’t do anything to my baby drink when I told her to bring another. Most definitely will not be going there, been there three times to many.

I have visited several BK restaurants in the surrounds area and this one is by far one of the best! I generally use the drive thru and they are fast, courteous, accurate and the food taste fresh each time! I don’t have to ask for common sense things like napkins. The staff always seem happy when they hand me my food. Great service! Thanks!

Went through the drive-through, and placed my order. Before I paid, I double checked my order: five dollar duo, extra hamburger patty on the side.
Paid. Drove all the way home…. I had a hamburger patty with condiments in a box and a bun wrapped in paper.
I am also a single mother of a six year-old and a two-year-old. So I can’t just jump in my car and go back. I have to either put my kids in the car or find a babysitter. Like, seriously?
I do get back to the Burger King show them what they gave me and told them what I ordered.
They said the window rang it up wrong.
I said OK then correct the order I would like a patty on the side and a whopper Junior.
They acted like it was my problem, and handed me a whopper patty by itself. I suspect they assumed I would scoop the condiments and whopper out of the box and put it in the bun in the paper; in order to make my own whopper Junior.

I just got done driving home, discovering their mistake, had to worry about kid problems in order to get back in the car and drive all the way back to them. And they can’t make my order correct?

I stood there and waited for them to make me another whopper Junior, and I’m the a hole?…

Get the orders correct then I won’t have to come back. They have any idea how hard it is to take care of two small children on their own and have to do these little trips because of their mistake!?

Thank them for their time and patience. And correct the order. I don’t care how it got wrong. I don’t care who you’re gonna blame when I leave.
I don’t care about the baby blame game you want to play.
I’m not your babysitter. Just fix the order and move on. Done.

I shouldn’t have to explain to an adult how to adult.

I did the drive thru window I ordered the Double cheeseburger meal. That meal was the freashest, that cheeseburger really was delicious. I don’t eat fast food hamburgers hardly ever, I must say I was impressed. Service was fast and attentive as well.

Took over 15 minutes to get a whopper meal. Staff was nice, but they didnt seem to know what they were doing, or how to do it with any efficiency. Food was ok, but the lettuce on my whopper was gross, not crisp or fresh. Fries weren’t hot.. just overall poor experience. Dining area was fairly clean, but they werent all that busy. Not sure why their staple meal takes 15 to 20 minutes to serve.

Wow, I came here tonight, and that’s all I can say. The fries tasted like wet garbage. I waited for 25 minutes straight, and no one came to bring me my food. I was hungry! When it finally arrived, the service was incredibly rude. We asked the manager if he could give us something extra for waiting, and he gave us a look that clearly said, “Beat it.” In the end, he gave us two extra small fries. What a way to make a guy happy… NOT. We also ordered three apple juices, which did not make it into our bags. THE FOOD WAS NOT FRESH! I will never ever be here again!

This burger king is so beyond lazy Food is always cold, order is always wrong. Like today ordered my son a soda half and half fries& onion ring didn’t get that, got for myself a big Mac add bacon & onion rings to it, cut in half guess what didn’t get any of that. So much more was missing and it was cold it’s the point. Have ur employees get good at there jobs or fire then and hire people that will do there job.

They made me wait for five minutes in the drive thru, only to tell me that their system was down and that they’re not taking any orders. It wasn’t even an option to go inside and order. Never in my life have I seen any restaurant be completely crippled by technical difficulties.

The restaurant was clean and well lit on a rainy afternoon last week but there was only one person working the cash register, a girl who was clearly overwhelmed since several people were in line waiting. Once received though, my order was tasty- the french fries were perfect and the impossible whopper was good too.
