This location used to be my favorite one cuz the food used to be always so hot and fresh. Unfortunately, for the last couple of months their food’s quality has been consistently declining. The rice in the cheesy bean and rice burrito had a weird, stale taste. The chalupas were cold. Never going back to this location again.

First they came for the green sauce and onions, and I said nothing. Then they teased us with bringing back the chili cheese burrito and I rejoiced. Now this precious tortilla stuffed with nostalgia has been stripped from our lovely Vintage Park Taco Bell and I am speaking up! This place is closed when the sign reads open. This is the dumbest thing I’ve ever seen. They only have the drive through available while the manager is sitting in there eating comfortably with no customers because they locked the doors. What an absolute disgrace

I love taco bell but was very frustrated with a few orders I’ve had from this location. Typically when I visit Taco Bell and after the initial clanker greeting by the ai asking me to use my app, a human takes over and I can order in short form. This did not happen. here is no justification from a multi-million dollar corporation to do this other than they hate their employees and want all of them gone. They don’t care about my order or my money and they don’t care about their staff. All I wanted was for my order to be correct and to get what I paid for. Unacceptable behavior from a robot and a corporation. I’ll be making my crunch wraps at home from now on just because I hated my ordering experience at this location so much.

The clerk who has a spider tatooed on her inner arm (for id purposes only) was yawning at the register and did not display any eagerness to help. She finally asked and I responded if you take my order then I will order if not just let me know and I will leave and patronize elsewhere. She started to respond and about mid sentence said nevermind I will take your order. Not everyone uses apps for everything but was worse it was clear even with a guest that was with me that the clerk had no desire or interest in being there. If she 1) is that tired go home but at least excuse herself for yawning and 2) if her job is so bad then she needs to either leave or at least not let customers see her displeasure and bordom. I called the store and requested a manager or franchise owner and the response was who is this. My reply was “a customer” and the next response was “who??” This went on several times when I finally said a “dissatisfied customer and you are not helping the situation by not responding to the request.” There response was “OK” and hung up.
I have lived around the corner since this particular location was built and never received such rude service. Not eager to go back.
