I never go to starbucks…. Ever. I only went because I found a gift card in the junk drawer.
I told Amanda that at the drive through and she was kind enough to work with me on my order.
I ordered extra Carmel drizzle, there wasn’t even a spec of Carmel in my drink. I didn’t give 1 star because the drink still tasted fine, but if I’m paying for extra Carmel and there isn’t ANY in my drink that’s annoying.

The indoor seating it not comfortable. From previous photos the seating was better. Otherwise, a great place with great service.

Got some gift cards for Christmas so took my boy to use them. He loves the cake pops. Coffee a little strong for me but he talked me into a specialty drink which was not to bad. Great service and I do have to say the staff works really hard.

My husband and I stopped by this Starbucks, after not going to one for years. I wanted to order a large ice water with strawberry inclusions (which are 50 cents, cool no problem). The girl at the drive thru entered it in, and then came back and said she couldn’t charge that low for it, so instead she rang up a Strawberry acai refresher with no base, for $5.45, but was just gonna give me my strawberry water and overcharge me. What?? I’ve literally never had a problem ordering that. I told her im not paying 5.45 for water, and asked if I can just have a plain water with no strawberries (since the strawberries seemed to be causing the problem). They gave THAT to me no problem.
We ordered our other drink and got to the window and the girl apologized profusely and said she felt bad and just gave me the strawberries anyway. I appreciated that, but because of the big deal caused I won’t be returning. If my husband wasnt with me too, I would’ve just left and not bought anything.
For a company being boycotted a bunch lately, you’d think they’d want to do better. It’s disappointing, I used to really enjoy Starbucks but now they’re just money hungry.

I went through the drive through, I order and then when I get to the window the girl there only hands me a drink when I also ordered a food item. She’s seemed gone and out of it. I was like oh I’m missing my Gouda and she was like oh yea sorry forgot to ring it up. She tells me I have to drive all the way back around and wait in the drive through again just because she forgot to ring it up. I know you still have to heat it up but that not my fault. Alsoooo my matcha was chunky and I had to ask them to re make it.

I am giving it 3 stars ONLY because a few of the workers including an adorable young woman with short hair completely remained composed, kind, and bubbly. Meanwhile their monster in charge Christa was a tyrant who expected them to read her mind.. Starbucks and so many other places make this same mistake. Putting someone in charge who runs their crew with an attitude problem.. THIS is why you all have such a high turn over.. THIS is why you keep losing people all over who have been with the company for years. I hoped a smaller town could do better, but I guess a franchise is a franchise.. CJ’s only for me from now on..

I’ve come into work at this location several times when I come home to visit family and always have a wonderful experience. The staff greet each guest through the door, are fast, and my drink has always come our consistent and delicious. This team deserves all the flowers.

This is my favorite Starbucks location!! I try and stop by each time I have to go into the office. Everyone here has always been extremely friendly and shout out to the early morning crew, they make the best version of my drink order!!

I like the coffee but I can only get it a couple times a month as it is expensive. I wish they would choose more strategic locations because when it gets busy and the line is long it backs out into traffic at a busy intersection.
