I had not been to Zaxby’s in years, so I was actually excited to come back….but unfortunately, this visit was pretty disappointing. The traditional wings were dry and overcooked, even with the lemon pepper seasoning. The fried pickles were very bland, which was surprising, and pickle lovers should probably skip them altogether. The ranch was tasty, but it couldn’t save the pickles themselves. The fries had no seasoning at all, which I normally wouldn’t mind, except everything else on the tray leaned overly salty. The balance just wasn’t there. The boneless chicken/tenders were the highlight. They were flavorful, the best part of the meal. I left feeling let down. There were a couple of bright spots, but not enough to make this a satisfying visit. I wanted to love it, but this experience didn’t live up to the hype I remembered.

After placing a pick up order, we pulled to the second window. We decided to add a drink and 2 cookies last minute and asked politely. The lady rolled her eyes, bobbed her head and said “next time make sure to say everything at the speaker”. Mind you there were zero cars in the drive thru and barely anyone inside. Hopefully she brings a better attitude to work or clock out.

Andria was so nice. She helped me out to make sure that I got the right Discount or may veteran and Zaxby’s always does discounts for veterans but in this case I had a better discount with the Zaxby’s discount discounts that pop up I saved $12 instead of $3.00 and Andria Was the one that told me about it? She was such a great help. I hope this gets to somebody that will help her advance with the company.

Okay so this was my very first time at a Zaxby’s and I wasn’t disappointed!! Customer service was OUTSTANDING to say the least. Carlito and his staff were spectacular! I dined in so I could get the full experience. The sweet tea is so good (if you like sweet sweet) I do like it sweet. They added some lemonade in it so I could have it Arnold Palmer style and that fresh lemonade made it even better! Now the chicken sandwich and the fries were a 10/10 in my opinion! The seasoning was just right! The bun was to die for…buttery garlic flavor was AMAZING! The restaurant and bathroom was so clean! The only thing I would change (it’s minor) but the music was a bit loud for me but hey that could be my old age. Also I love that they have so many dipping sauces! One for every person’s flavor desires! I wish they had a Zaxby’s in metro Phoenix.

Always a great experience at this Zaxby’s. I eat here almost every day, and the staff is consistently friendly and welcoming. They even recognize me when I come in, which I really appreciate. Great service all around!
