I like Culvers for a fresh fast food experience. Didn’t have a lot of time, but felt like we needed a salad. Got a couple salads with chicken. The chicken is consistently tender, and the salads are well made up. This location was clean and had friendly staff.

Twice I have gotten home and saw that I did not get what I had ordered at the drive through. This has got to be the worst Culvers ever. Close this location! In complaining to other people here in Spring Green, I find out that many, many others also totally dislike this particular Culvers. Their orders have been completely wrong. Absolute mismanagement! How many poor innocents, off Hwy 14, have ordered at the drive thru only to discover, a few miles down the road, that they did not receive the meal that they had ordered!!!

My husband and I are very grateful to Kayla for making it possible for us to get food when we came in a pickup and trailer and only the drive-through was open. She went above and beyond. Many thanks, Miss Kayla, for top-notch customer service! I hope your boss sees this and gives you a bonus

I enjoy my occasional Culver’s however this was our first time eating from out of state here. Every single worker had exceptional customer service, and were so kind. It was also really nice to hear them encourage their own team and hearing them saying good job kitchen as a former fast food worker, great job being a team guys❤️❤️

I don’t ever write reviews but this one was important. An employee by the name of Vanessa I believe yelled at my friends and I after a volleyball game at the local high school. They were closed on the inside and we just simply needed to use the bathroom but were once again yelled at that we were not allowed in. Alyssa who goes to the local high school was very kind and made conversation with us. I get that they were most likely stressed but come on.

Why ask if ya want ketchup at the drive through if theyre not going to give any? Why is fake cheese the standard? Why are the onion rings so mediocre? Why do they give 6 or 7 of them? At almost $15 for a burger and low end rings i expect alot more.

I came in with my family for our weekly family outing. We were all excited, only to see multiple crew members coughing and looking really rough. It was obvious that some sort of bug was going around, but yet the employees were still working. I have 4 kids and 2 under the age of 2, one of them being 7 months. The last thing anyone from my family, or any other family, needs is to get sick because sick employees were not sent home when they displayed symptoms such as coughing, no energy, and struggling to walk. I get being short staffed, but when there is food involved, any sick crew members should be sent home regardless of the situation. There seems to be no responsibility or sense of common sense when it comes to food safety and it’s beyond alarming. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon until someone takes responsibility and stresses the importance of food safety. Very very disappointing.
