I was really disappointed with my visit to B-Dubs. The service was actually good, but the food was a huge letdown — especially for how much we spent (around $60).
The BBQ chicken wings were so over-processed and hard they felt like something you’d pull out of a Tyson’s freezer bag from Walmart and throw in the microwave. They were dry, tough, and barely warm. The boneless wings weren’t much better — not hot, not fresh, just sad.
I also ordered the cheesesteak sandwich, and the only flavor it had was the salt I put on it. It honestly reminded me of something you’d buy frozen at Save-A-Lot, toss in the oven, and hope for the best. It was bland, processed, and awful.
The only thing that was actually good was the strawberry lemonade — that was the highlight of the whole meal.
When you spend that kind of money, you expect fresh, hot food, not something that tastes like it came straight out of a freezer. I won’t be back anytime soon.

Worst experience there. Waitress was awful. Couldn’t ever find her to check on our appetizer, food came out and was not hot at all. She never brought refills. Was a crappy experience all the way around.

Buffalo Wild Wings in Morehead, KY would be great great place if they could get the kitchen straightened out. We recently had a party of 6 for dinner. Half of the orders came out wrong and had to be fixed and a couple were cold and had to be remade. The wait staff is great and goes out of their way to help, but when the kitchen can’t get it right…. The 4 star atmosphere rating is for an excessively noisy environment. Too bad there’s not more options in town.

My recent dining experience was unsatisfactory, as the meal took over an hour to arrive despite the restaurant not being busy. The food was cold and excessively seasoned, which significantly detracted from its quality. Given the $73 charge for this subpar experience and the lack of any accommodation, I will not be returning to this establishment.

I ordered 30 boneless BBQ wings and they were cold, small, very hard and had very little, in some cases, NO sauce on them at all. I was so hyped to finally get these wings and was totally let down by the quality, not to mention the price paid. Massively Disappointed and probably wont visit BWW again since it was such a waste…I hope they can make it right, I filled out their “online form” but never heard anything.
UPDATE: 7-27-25: Months later and have not heard anything from this organization to resolve this horrible food. Thank you for your lack of customer service and willingness to make this right…

I’m a hard working American. Racism still is strong in America today and that bothers me. What i experienced here in Morehead, KY is never good. In order for people to proper and co-exist we gotta understand we are all different in ways, color, creed, and life. Nevertheless……. forget about it. I guess it is what it is. The wings were large and the bourbon sauce on some and mild sauce on the other was very good! The waiter however, would ask if I needed anything, repeat what I said, and not return. Really. I wound up having to get a waitress to get it for me. So BWW needs to give their staff the heads up. When you ask a customer, you know, the one that may or may not add money to your pocket, if they want something, you might want to consider returning with the item.
Ok, I returned today (November) for traditional wings with sweet bbq sauce. The waiter LUKE, who was VERY PROMPT, COURTEOUS and provided EXCELLENT SERVICE, said the side was free if ordered before 2pm if I recall correctly. I ordered the small portion of traditional wings and a side salad. The dining experience this time was fantastic! The food was more than enough and tasty! It is reflected in my tip to my server. I have the utmost respect for anyone who does their job well and the food was delicious as well. I’ll be back for another good meal!! I recommend this BWW
