I had a very disturbing experience at Burger King around Midnight while picking up a DoorDash order.
An employee told me the shake machine was down and asked me to refund the shake to the customer from the DoorDash app. I tried, but DoorDash does NOT allow drivers to refund individual items for Burger King orders. I explained this clearly and told him that if the customer doesn’t receive the shake, the customer can contact DoorDash support for an item refund, which is the correct process.
Instead, the employee refused to release the order and said, “Sorry man, without refund I can’t provide the order. My manager won’t allow it.” This made no sense and felt like an excuse to avoid responsibility.
After leaving the location and driving a short distance, I recorded video evidence showing the employee handing DoorDash food to random people, while the original customer would still be charged. This is fraudulent and completely unacceptable.
This behavior hurts customers, delivery drivers, and Burger King’s reputation. I strongly request the store manager and Burger King corporate to investigate this incident, review the footage, and take action to stop this kind of fraud from happening again.

Food is usually good, no errors or issues. I always go through the drive thru just before 5, the wait is always ridiculous. My last visit, there were 2 cars in front of me, both drove off because no one took their orders. I still waited 15 minutes before telling them I had a mobile order. They need to get themselves organized

Employees here are always so friendly and everybody seems to be working hard because I always get my food fast and my order is correct.
The reason this place gets 4 stars instead of 5 is because Burger King prices are getting more expensive while the burgers get smaller. The 3 whopper jrs for $7 is a good deal, but any of the meals are way too expensive.

I went through their drive thru and didn’t realize I didn’t get my full order until I got home. Once I went back, they refused to give me my missing items, continuously claiming that they bagged them. Then I had to purchase another burger and it came out cold. Don’t come to this Burger King, horrible service that can’t handle feedback.

Expected a bit fresher toppings on my Impossible Whopper. Thumb prints in my burger buns, pickles missing center, smashed tomatoes,… Did someone eat on my Whopper before me? For such a new looking and clean dining area I expected the food to be better. Will give it’s second chance.

Went inside to order food. There were 3 employees. They got my sandwich wrong. Went to counter and asked for a remake. Female worker gave my sandwich to grill worker. Grill worker grabbed sandwich. Watched employee slam dunk my burger into trash, then realize he needed the sticker to remake it. Without hesitation or taking gloves off he reached directly into trash to pull the sticker off wrapper. Then proceeded to reach into meat trays and try to keep making my food without using any utensils. I watched this ENTIRE thing unfold and had to yell out behind the counter to the manger to stop that immediately. The guy working grill became animated and belligerent. The female worker told him to go home and he was going to be written up; all he did was call her foul names, yell, and swear. I refused a refund and a remake of my sandwich when Mike came out to conversate to me, the asst. manager who said he came to cover from Westnedge store. If you cannot handle putting bacon and 1 extra patty on my sandwich and then go full swing aggressive over me calling you out on violating health and food safety laws, then be my guess. I am done eating at this establishment or anywhere their grill worker is employed. If my wife gets sick due to that specific employee, I will handle him personally.

This BK has the best late night employees ever. I work nights right down the road from this location, I eat here about twice a month, and every time I roll through you have 2 or 3 employees doing the job of 5. And they don’t make you feel like a jerk about it either. The guys working the night of the posted receipt crushed it the other night. All the info you need, corporate or franchise owner, is right there. Track them down, shake their hands, and tell them “thank you” for bringing back business for your establishment. Keep it up!!! And thank you for having a working ice machine, not ice cream lol, but regular ice! Who knew that was a luxury?!

I told the guy at the front counter I wanted the honey mustard chicken sandwich and pointed to the picture also just incase didn’t here and still put it in and never read our order back and then he still insisted on me to pay for the sandwich I asked for in the first place never said wrap and the quality of that the 4200 stadium Dr. Kalamazoo Michigan is no where close to good quality and they really need to be retrained on how to make food I work with fresh meat for a living and I know chicken ain’t comin like that or should ever be like this is disrespectful and shows they ain’t got pride in serving good food to people
