My 1st time going inside to dine in – in a very long time. Hate the ordet kiosk. I went around 2 PM. No one inside & the drive thru had no cars waiting. Tables were dirty, food crumbs on tables & chairs. The lady that brought my food put was very nice. The fries were old and barely warm. My fish looked like it was thrown together & not hot. Maybe it was an off day. Maybe they had some call offs. I just was not a good lunch.

Came here on our way back from Myrtle Beach heading home; stopped in for a quick dinner after a torrential storm. Food was average at best but what caught my attention was the abundance of wet floor signs around the restaurant. At first, I thought they had just finished mopping the floor as any other person would have thought. As I was waiting for my food to arrive, I noticed something rather alarming. All of the wet floor signs that were around the restaurant were from leaks in the ceiling (roof). A table we were going to use was by one of the signs and a drop came by me and almost hit me. This place needs to get its act together.

Service was quick, hotcakes and sausage were cold and butter was frozen. Put butter on hotcakes and after 9 minutes it was still completely frozen. Entire meal seemed like someone put it in fridge for later to take home and instead it was given to me

Didn’t have a good experience.
I had to pull up and wait. No big deal. A young lady brought my order out. She asked me if I ordered fries and I said yes. She handed me a bag of sandwiches without the fries. I had to park and go inside. Once I was waited on they put in fresh fries. So I waited. They gave me the cold fries from the bin instead of the fresh ones. Unimpressed

Fast food fast! But is sufficient enough for money that paid for the food.
Not this food. Medium fry…… more like a small. How long did these burgers sit there before some poor hungry sap picked them up. They are cold, the cheese is, um, well. The bun is soggy from the pickles. Unacceptable! This not the first time at this location, but it will be the last for this poor hungry sap. Never again.

I am always told to pull up even when no one is in line. Spends 10-15 minutes just waiting for a drink. This happens all the time but this time I assumed they forgot about my order because no one was in line so I went in and the woman in red was standing there eating chicken and the guy was on his phone leaned back relaxing.

The service here is awful!! They cut you off in the drive thru, they put down the wrong order and won’t let you connect them, when you tell them at the window it’s wrong they fix it on the register but still give the wrong order. A week later (today) we them we wanted 2 number 9’s with a frappe with no whipped cream and they hand us both of them with whipped cream , we let them know it’s wrong and they tell us to pull up and wait, they come out and hand us two frappes with the whipped cream poured off and some mixed in. The frappe tasted Awful!!

I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese and bacon, and unsweetened iced tea.
First of all, my sandwich doesn’t have bacon and they gave me sweet tea.
So, I called the restaurant and drove back to get my correct orders. This time I got my correct sandwich, at the drive through windows, I told him I want unsweetened tea, but he still gave me a sweet tea? WTX

This location consistently gives poor service. Either inaccurate food order or quality of food is bad. Most recent visit (sept8) person working drive thru barely spoke English so had trouble ordering. At the window the kitchen staff had music blaring so loud felt like I was at a night club. Got the order home the fries were undercook so bad they were like cooked spaghetti noodles, there was barely any cheese on the fish sandwich and the quarter pounder bun was hard and stale. I’m just done with this location. Too many other options nearby

As others mentioned, slowest service ever. Also, when they bring your order to the car, they ask what you ordered because they probably always mix them up.
