This is by far one of the best locations in the surrounding area. The staff is always extremely kind and helpful. During our recent dine-in visit, this young man was very nice and respectful. He smiled as he brought our food out and thanked us. The food was cooked to perfection. The fries were almost picture perfect right out of the fryer. The burgers were made perfect, as ordered. The soft drinks were sweet, cold, and crisp as they should be. The young lady who looked to be the manager on shift was nice and she got me a free refill. My lady and I have a pleasant experience everytime we visit this location. There’s also a taller young man that I’ve seen working there before and he was very kind and friendly when bringing out or food, asked us if we needed any condiments, as well. Also, there was a manager with glasses that came over to our table and let us know that we wanted refills, that could come up to the counter to ask him. Honestly, the management and staff at this location always go above and beyond for their customers. Overall, the customer service at this location is phenomenal! I hope they keep it up! I wish ALL McDonalds owners and managers would learn from this location and take notes to train their staff to be as polite, professional, and as smart working as this team. THANK YOU FOR BEING AMAZING!!!

This is my neighborhood McDonald’s. I rarely go there but I did today. Food was fresh and hot. The employees were so helpful and nice and when we walked in the entire restaurant was clean. Good job McDonald’s. I’ll be back soon.

3 or 4 times I ve gone drive through n I honestly get the worst service not just by the employee but the manager itself both the man n female manager . Its like why hire employees who hate their job or what they do that when they associate with a customer they talk to u with attitude n this employee did it in front of my nephews. Order on app. Some unknown reason app never let’s you enter parking space. Seems this location only too. Walk in and get ignored because food isn’t on pick up counter. Wait till Cashier yells I need my order after showing her app and checking right location. Can’t find. Manager then looks at my app for confirmation. Then accuses me of using a screenshot. Hanf her phone to check. Finally finds food in drive thru that 3 others couldn’t find. Then get accused of being delivery with my kids with me. As if that’s some excuse or my fault. Im just trying to get my food offering all avaliable proof that I’m the one who ordered it.

Why is it this location and all the others in Baldwin Park unable to take an order and or forget something from my order every time? I love going here cuz they have the cheap $5 meals but hate having to deal with associates in the runes and being upset for making a mistake they look like they hate their jobs and like they’re not getting paid to go to work it’s a sad time for them if they only knew their work has been cut in half pays better yet still can’t apply a smile you should be happy that their employees and McDonald’s doesn’t ask for much who’s overlooking this cuz someone has to do something about it.

I’ve come to this mcdonald’s several times and every time they never get my order correct. Employees can be careless. Service with no effort. Rolling eyes. Always check your order.

Today @ 830pm we went drive thru, the staff taking orders and window 1 were we pay was rude, and 0 star for service. and the guy in window 2 that time who prepared the food, forgot to put the fries we went back and he give us a burned and old fries. 0 star for customer service.

It is clean in the lobby
the trash cans is clean
the Men’s bathroom is clean but u did notice that there soap dispenser doesn’t work as they put a cup with soap and I added a photo
the toilet area is a little dirty with some paper on the floor and there is a picture for that
The dri k station is closed and there is a picture for that a they serve your drink for you and they over fill it were the soda comes out of the cup and drips soda to the table and when you put a straw in it the soda comes out and there is a photo for that
oh yeah I forgot I asked for the code for the bathroom as you need a code and the manager was helping a customer with an employee at the register and he said to me someone will open it for you and I said OK
I’m waiting and he didn’t tell no one and I’m waiting and then I told the manager that I’m still waiting and I got to go so is someone gonna open the restroom and the employee next to manager said oh sorry and went to open the restroom
I think they don’t really care for there customers and maybe it’s all McDonald’s
How time has changed and how the image has gone down hill and the employees and managers make it this way
