Fifi’s Place only uses locally caught and or sustainable fish. Long known by locals for its outstanding freshness, Fifi’s Seafood has been discovered by visitors to our area as well, right of Florida ave. This has led to a recent expansion of the restaurant into the adjoining store front and has more than doubled the seating capacity. Famous for its seafood Paella and fresh Hog Snapper caught by local divers daily, we also offer the freshest stone crabs when in season and Florida lobster. Many who have discovered Fifi’s Place return often for the happening vibe and fish and lobsters that are often just hours out of the ocean. Many dishes have a Japanese twist, while others are solidly Latin. The water is filtered in-house and complimentary.

One of the best meals I’ve had in a while! The servers were so attentive and welcoming, making the whole experience even better. What impressed me the most was how fresh everything tasted, you could tell the dishes were just prepared, not something that had been sitting around. The shrimp salad was packed with flavor, the salmon was perfectly cooked (juicy and not overdone), and the dessert with flan, ice cream, and caramel drizzle was the sweetest ending. Everything felt rich, fresh, and truly delicious. Definitely a place I’ll come back to!

Fantastic spot on Collins Avenue. The catch of the day snapper with vegetables and rice was delicious, and the breadsticks with garlic olive oil were a perfect start. Service was excellent, fast, and friendly, and I loved that they let you decide your own tip rather than adding a service charge. My meal came to $38 after tax before tip, which felt like a great value for the quality. The space is super clean, charming, and a touch elegant with upbeat Latin music and easy parking nearby. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered the grilled Chilean Seabass with Vegetables. The seabass was incredible. It tasted really fresh. The best grilled fish I’ve had in a really long time. Vegetables were great too. The dishes were pricey but hey it’s a special treat. My son had the lobster taco. He said it was $4 a bite but it was worth it because it was so good. We would go back there again.

Been coming here for years. Great service, amazing seafood! Amazing tuna tartar and the catch of the day (usually the red snapper) never disappoints. They will even slice it for you fresh – try the Thai miso!

We started with the truffled scallops and WOW — so flavorful and perfectly cooked. Then we had the parrillada and the lobster & shrimp linguine, and both were absolutely delicious. Super fresh, great portions, and everything cooked just right.
