Completely overrun by DoorDash orders. Staff can’t handle the workload, they are stressed out. I’ve had to wait 30 minutes for a single coffee. Drive through always huge line with slow service because of the DoorDash.

This is the lowest rating I have ever given. Not even because the food is bad it’s pretty okay but I went to the drive thru to get fries a burger and water. 45 minutes for that much. Not even 1 person in drive thru 4 people! And drive thru was 3-4 cars max. Listen It’s a okay food like mcdonalds but the wait when I was in front was crazy that’s why I’m giving it 2 stars.

Got there at 6 oclock, ordered and sat down, the dining room was empty, sat there for 45 minutes before asking for a refund, had to wait another 30 minutes for the refund. My daughter had to use the restroom where we actually had to take her to Cumberland farms right next door because both bathrooms had poop smeared everywhere all over the toilets and floors. Half the staff were just sitting in the back of the kitchen throwing fries and other things at eachother having fun which explains why almost every other comment is about long wait. Absolutely ridiculous.

I ordered a 1/4 Pounder with Cheese and was shocked to find the burger was raw inside. I went back to have it remade, but the replacement was also raw. This isn’t the first time—it happened to me a few months ago as well. On top of that, I had to wait an unreasonably long time for them to fix the issue.
Consistency and food safety should be the bare minimum at a fast-food restaurant, and unfortunately this location has failed to meet that standard on multiple occasions. I would give no star but it doesn’t give me that option ! Multiple people were wanting also and walked out

7 p.m. dining area was empty. It was also dirty with food and drink stains on numerous parts of the floor. I would not eat inside even if I wanted too. Three customers waiting for their food with approximately 5 staff members working. It took approximately 15 minutes for our order to be ready. Food quality & presentation left a lot to be desired even for a McDonald’s

It took over 5 minutes for a staff member to take my order! It took over 10 minutes for them to prepare 2 double cheeseburgers & fries which were burnt and like rubber with no onions. It seems you have to order extra onions if you even want onions on your burgers.

Be aware that this place will charge you 50¢ if you want extra mayonnaise on your sandwich and 20¢ for a cup of water. Nickel and diming customers with greedy fees combined with the general poor customer service and filthy lobby and bathroom conditions at this location is poor business, and what you get is customers who won’t return.

The food is always trash plus they put the fries in the bag the wrong way so they spill everywhere (every time). Got a snack wrap and the chicken was like rubber, the nuggets are always soggy on the outside yet dry and bland in the middle. Just don’t go here.

We stop by often even if only for a drink. The staff is super friendly and respectful. The lobby is immaculate. The lobby person,Shelly, is attentive to detail and socializes appropriately with customers while doing a great job.
