Unbelievable, this place never fails to disappoint. Small town, you would think they would take an inkling of pride in their product but no. I thought that this was the norm for what a burger until I ate at the Kannapolis location. Wow it was fantastic! First time I’ve ever had a hot what a burger. I ordered a what a cheeseburger, all the way. Paid over $50 for my family’s pickup order and this is what I got (pictured). God help them if anyone else comes into this small town. This truly stinks because I love to support local businesses but our food lion , dominos. And what a burger exploits the fact that we have no other options. So bting on the gentrification. Below is the burger that I got from Mount Pleasant(left) Concord What a burger(Right). Both were all the way.

Absolutely wonderful as always! My daughter and I had been out Christmas shopping and thought we would drop in to get dinner since we had not been in quite some time. The employees were very nice and inviting! The food came quickly and was amazing!!!

It’s good when they don’t get too busy only trying to get one order at time and end up messing up your order or giving you the order who was in front or behind you. But when they get the order right their amazing and deserve 10 stars.

What a great little find on our way to the North Carolina zoo. The staff were so kind and patient with our three kids and their adjustments to the order. The area was very cute. Lots of seating. Clean, really good food and I especially recommend Hush Puppies.

Love it. Ordered hamburgers, fried pickles, hush puppies, onion rings beer batter. The cashier lady was just soo sweet. Stopped here after the muddy race and this really hit the spot. Clean and organized. We sat outside and the parking lot specially around the benches was very clean and well maintained. Will be back . Highly recommend pickles. We got a small side and it was very tasty.

Noticed this on the way to Mount Morrow State Park. TBH, I stopped here thinking it was one of the oldest franchises of What-A-Burger. To my surprise this was a locally owned store.
The food was absolutely great. The burgers were just perfect. Tried the Ranch Burger and the busbin burger. Loved them both.
The lemonade was bad. But loved the burgers.
The service was okay. A quick eatery at a delicious spot. Not exactly my type of hangout spot. Definitely has a diner vibe.

Blind trust report: Outstanding 4 stars out of Five… Friendly service; Still a NC blast from the past hidden secret. Not to be confused with Texas What-A-Burger. Much like McDonald’s there was a family they could never buy out. Fast service; very Busy today.
In my opinion all restaurants receive 3 stars at the beginning of the blind trust report. How well can you blindly trust your restaurant? Food for thought
Each server: 4 stars: Friendly service; waiter gave her own favorite suggestion, then suggested to have a nice day to everyone as they left.
(Great friendly service consistency)
Blind trust level: 4 stars; some food preparation visibility inside.

I grew up in this area. This is without a doubt the BEST WHATABURGER anywhere around here for at least a 50 mile radius. I’ve tried them all
And the best Witchdoctors.

A small group of friends gathered to have a birthday meal at WAB #13. It’s the halfway point between our homes. The food was good and our large order was correct. We do plan to visit again.
