Went thru the drive thru — the fries were steaming hot — the best!!!! First time getting the chicken snack wrap — it was really good. Although I do wish McDonald’s offered a grilled chicken snack wrap …and not breaded chicken.

Last 2 times we ordered extra onions .. got the paper on the burger wrapper to confirm. Get home not a SINGLE onion on any burger at all. Stupidly we jus got food here again and ordered extra ketchup and onions, paper on burgers to confirm. Get home all they did was sloppily open burger paper n threw on 3 extra pickles. No onions to be seen and old dried up ketchup that was already on bun. All the bad reviews and 3.7 star rating is proof enough to spend my hard earned money elsewhere.

I literally love this McDonald’s! I’m from Pittsburgh and travel for work, this is by far one of the best kept & friendly service staff McDonald’s restaurants I have ever been to! When I’m in Adrian this is ALWAYS lunch. Quick & ALWAYS gets my picky girl order correct!!!

This place gets worse and worse. My husband ordered a double cheeseburger and large fry. When he got home, he realized they didn’t give him the burger. He went back, and it was sitting on the back counter. They just handed it to him. They said they forgot to put it in the bag and it was cold! He told them the fries were cold, and they said their light was out! They didn’t offer to make him fresh fries! It’s a shame people don’t take pride in their work and are lazy! This is what a large fry looks like in 2024!

Got the new special sandwich and bacon came cold went in to get a refund and was told it just sits on a cold tray that’s not heated! Got back in the car to look at the other food and the special chicken snack wrap it had no fries It should just like it does as it’s advertised!

Ordered door dash on January 7th 2026 around 10 pm and they gave me a large Dr Pepper instead of a large coke and the chicken nuggets and fries were rock hard called them and let them know at McDonald’s and the guy I talked to laughed at me on the phone very poor customer service shame on you McDonald’s for serving nasty food get it together it’s ridiculous

Was served a Sprite with bunch of dirt in it. Makes me think they are dropping things and serving it to their customers. When I called the store they didn’t seem to care told me to bring it in so they can replace it.
