Every time I go, it’s a bad experience and I end up wishing I had just driven the extra five minutes to the McDonald’s on Airport.
I worked in food service for years, I understand how hard it can be sometimes. But this place needs new management. The food takes forever, it’s rarely fresh or hot, and when you order through the app it says the food is ready a full ten minutes before it actually is. It honestly feels like they’re marking orders as complete just to make their ticket times look better.
Only good thing I can say is that the staff has generally been nice and friendly.
I’ve given this location chance after chance, and they’ve missed the mark every single time.

This place sucks even by Mcdonald’s standards. I’ve only ate here a couple of times, because I wanted to give it a fair shot. But I won’t be going back. Like I said, i’ve tried this place three times. They have screwed up my order.All three times. What food I do get is just slapped together. The people that work here are unprofessional and rude as hell. I’ve only been inside once, but the place was trashed and dirty eerywhere. Do yourself a favor. Drive a couple of blocks to another location. It will be worth it to go out of your way just to avoid this place.

Extremely non-personal given the fact that when me and my daughter entered there was no one in sight to get us it take our order. We had to order from the kiosk and the printer was out of ink so we didn’t get our receipt. We took a number and sat down. Then waited. We wondered if they received it order because the entire time we were there absolutely no one was out front welcoming, cleaning, it even showing a presence in the place. I’m my opinion only, McDonald’s has fallen far from what it was when I was a kid or even a young adult. The food has gotten worse while the prices have risen tremendously and I’m only 51 years old. It’s no longer worth the experience, or the cost.

I don’t normally have high expectations for McDonald’s and this was a location that lived up to those expectations. There was lotta repairs going on all over the place and some kind of fluids on the seats that needed to be wiped down. The team working there was very friendly but that was all that the location had going forward. I will definitely not be back here for another meal.

well I stopped by there today with my son & ordered the spicy chicken sandwich, my son ordered a six piece chicken nuggets Happy meal We waited for about 10 minutes and my order came up and then the man told me they had just dropped the spicy chicken and I mentioned I had ordered quite some time ago & glad I wasn’t in a rush, he apologized and said there was some new kids working back there. I then waited another 15 minutes probably before the sandwich finally came out He apologized when he handed it to me for taking so long and told me he had another one coming in just a few minutes, well let me tell you that’s the first time in a very long time that I’ve been compensated for having to wait in a so-called fast food place,It is the right thing to do although it’s hardly ever done anymore. My hat goes off to this man I don’t know if he was the owner or just the manager I should have asked his name but I was needing to leave by the time we were finished I had to go pick up my daughter from school so I didn’t have time to get his name He is the gentleman in the picture below He did an excellent job excellent customer service He has earned a customer at that location from his kindness and his correct response to the problem. Been going to McDonalds for over 50 years and enjoyed the absolute freshest burger that I’ve ever had from McDonalds. Very unexpected! Meat cooked just right, veggies very fresh, and the bun even tasted fresh.

Ok. Everyone knows what’s here. Two things I have an issue with besides the food. 1. The ice cream machine is always broke. 2. They added another lane but the 2nd lane is always closed. As usual my kids like going here to get a quick bite. I just wished they would keep the place cleaned and updated.

Worse McDonald’s in Pensacola (BAYOU BLVD). I ordered a mcdouble bundle and an additional mcdouble sandwich. I get home and both burgers only have one patty on them each whenever it normally comes with two. It’s amazing how customers come somewhere to eat and you can see employees on their cell phones instead of making sure the customers order is correct.

Very rude service. Got to the window and she snapped and asked if I was using the app and before I could even answer she snapped again and I told her the code and she said “hold on” there was no one else in line. Then I told her the order and she snapped and said “Jesus” like he has nothing to do with my order at all. And then we get to the window I couldn’t even use my app code cause of unknown reason. She had a poor attitude and the lady giving us the food had the same attitude. I got 4 burns muffins and horrible service.
