10am Sunday morning I arrive to an empty drive thru, I wait patiently when asked to wait. I ordered 2 bacon breakfast burritos with ease and paid my due amount FIRST before receiving my food.
Upon leaving I felt a sense of UNCERTAINTY because of how the food was handed to me. Almost as if trying to hide something from the exchange that had just taken place between ‘the two burritos’ – and the paid currency.
I calmly open the paper bag of food, grab the ‘1st burrito’ and proceed to pickup ‘2nd burrito’, only to feel a mountainous weight of food missing from the ‘2nd burrito’ underneath the ‘1st burrito’.
I visually take note of the substantial weight difference and size and to my surprise, THE SAME 2 BACON BREAKFAST BURRITOS BOTH WERE DIFFERENT SIZES. AS IF THEY ‘RAN OUT’ OF FOOD WHILE MAKING THE 2ND BURRITO.
UNBEKNOWNST TO THE MATTER AT HAND I IMMEDIATELY CORRECT MY VISION AND SHARPEN MY FOCUS TO THE EXTREMITIES BEFORE MY EYES.
Upon temporarily residing my intense abrubt emotion, I noticed the burrito seemed to be made for a younger smaller sized individual … (CHILD)?
Final thoughts;
ABSOLUTE DISGRACE TO PUBLIC HUMANITARIAN SERVICES.
I HAVE 2 OPTIONS TO SUGGEST;
*1. FIRE(TERMINATE) WHOEVER MADE THE BURRITOS (2 BURRITOS)

Farm fresh made to order everytime. Some days you may experience fast moving food preparation, however most of the time it will take time because it’s actually fresh. I mean I think they pull out beef from a slaughtered cow early in the day kinda fresh, in my recent visit I chose to get a pastrami sandwich and hit a jackpot perfect amount of meat and professional prepped and executed top tier quality tasting meat. There was minimal fat trimming on it and I didn’t feel as if I couldn’t move after I failed to save half my sandwich . Customer service was excellent as well and because I used my points via v.i.f. (farmer boys app) I received a free large drink.

I don’t know what it is everytime I go except for a few times food was fantastic first a while back I get hot uncooked Zucchini,yesterday I go for fish and fries the fish was uncooked on the backside crispy and mushy aswell..The fries had been put back in Fryer Hard as idk what .I have been in the area for 30 years, and since after the fire reopened, I have not been satisfied. My opinion .. I think its just me they don’t like .Not going Back ..

My 1st grader son & I just rolled through the drive through to collect his “Big Cheese” burger from the coupon he got from Sunnymeadows. I asked him how he liked it, and he told me to give them great reviews because the burger is tasty, juicy and delicious. He said good job guys/ girls !

Farmer Boys usually has a better showing for us, but not today.
The cashier was helpful and nice, but other features not so good. When we needed the table wiped, she wiped the table, but the leftover food on the table was swept right into my wife’s lap. Anyone could see it, but the person who wiped the table didn’t bat an eye, as she moved on to the next table, leaving ours wet with someone else’s food scraps littered around us.
The food arrived pretty quickly, but was bland, with the hamburger patty sort of soft and not very hot. We ordered onion rings, but we couldn’t eat very many. They used the outsides of the onion — the peel with the least amount of onion flavor. They were fat, but flavorless.
After we dabbed off what oil we could, we just decided to leave, since it just seemed like that Moreno Valley location may be used to that level of quality. We’ll just continue to have faith in the FB by our house in the desert.

Farmer Boys—I didn’t realize you changed your military discount policy to only apply to people in uniform. You might not be aware that the USMC does not allow Marines to be off base in uniform, which immediately excludes a large portion of active-duty service members.
This is especially disappointing because Farmer Boys is one of my favorite places to eat every time I come to California—I honestly prefer it over In-N-Out. That’s why this experience stood out.
When I asked Alison about the policy change and requested to see the updated policy, she responded with an attitude rather than clarification. I also asked for a reference or documentation and was told it was an “update from last November,” but no proof or explanation could be provided. Her limited knowledge of military branches and dismissive tone showed a lack of strong customer service training.
It’s hard to say you “proudly serve veterans and active-duty members” while refusing valid military IDs and being unable to explain the policy being enforced. Respectfully, this experience didn’t match the values you advertise.

The last several times I’ve gone and ordered a cobb wrap, there’s been absolutely no sign of eggs. Today I actually took the wrap apart to confirm. No sign of egg whites or yolk. I understand that being chopped up makes pieces smaller, but I can identify EVERY other ingredient except the missing eggs.

Honestly I ordered some food and a shake and I thought it was in the bag but once I gave it to my brother. He noticed there wasn’t a shake I called and didn’t even say sorry but to come pick it up but I’m not about to drive all the way over there raining hard for a shake. That I should’ve gotten so I’ll need a refund or something sent to me.
