A small onion ring and
3 pc mot stick.
The onion Rings were cold, the oil used to cook them and mot stick was clearly old and tasted awful. The girl was impatient with me and I didn’t get a receipt.

Well we come through the drive through in hopes to get it fast, given that it’s not busy at all. I have been in food service my whole life and I have never even felt the need to leave a bad review before and this was purely ridiculous. Whoever is evening manager, I’m guessing the lady with the glasses in the window, needs to be re-trained and I will be considering calling state manager. We waited around fifteen minutes for us to first be given the wrong order within 5. The food is warm but clearly not fresh enough for time it claimed to be needed to be ready or it may have been cooling off when the three cars behind us were given their food before ours. From the unapologetic moment from being pulled into the lot to wait, to not getting napkins or condiments I would consider giving the poor teenager a raise who had to take the angry customers energy from this poorly ran system at this location. Or maybe eat inside if you don’t want to wait 15 -20 minutes for fast food sliders. Thank you.

If they’re not going to do “extra pickles, extra onions,” they should take it off the register keys and just tell you NO. Instead, they type it in like they’re actually going to do it, then hand you regular sliders. The “sack of fries” is half full!!! I handed it back and told them the sacks only half full!!! Unbelievable…

My first, and only visit to a White Castle. I don’t recommend it. The food, if you can call it that, is nearly flavorless, and doesn’t look edible. The pickle was the best part.

I’m a huge fan of White Castle and this is one of the best locations that I have ever visited. The staff is very friendly and efficient despite being a little short handed.
I always ask for no onions and no pickles and they always make sure that there isn’t a single one on my sliders. The food is fresh and the buns are steamed properly.

Nastiest wet bread burgers I’ve ever had in my life. Walked over from the hotel to see what this place was all about. WILL NEVER eat White Castle again. Ate (1) out of (10) little burgers. Idk how they are still in business.

Staff was prompt, courteous, and attentive. Honestly, I was very surprised by how well the team worked together and how quickly they did their work. I wish more places had this teamwork!
The food was fresh and delicious. We don’t have White Castle in our current state, but we buy the frozen version. It was fantastic to finally be able to compare the fresh quality to Krystal, which is in my home state. Fries did not come with salt, though.
The tables and floors needed attention but wasn’t the worst, and it was during lunch, so I could understand the delay in cleaning.
