Amazing food! It was hot and crispy and delicious. The guy taking our order was respectful and kind, he also made sure we had a great experience. It was my husbands first time eating at a Popeyes and he loved it! They cooked our food fresh and with care. Everything was given as ordered and large portions for the money. Delicious! Would come again. Great crew, great food.

Hey I’ve been here 3 or 4 times in past month or so and there’s always been problems but your people have been helpful. Last night I came thru and after driving too you from cedar falls, the first person on the drive thru speaker already talking about they might be closing up on me. Then someone else jumped on and took order but wasn’t going to make chicken because she has trouble counting. So a breast piece was going to be replaced with a couple worthless wings. But once I’m back home in cedar falls I find I only had one wing. And of my two other prices, 1 was dry shringen hard and gritty just gross enough not to eat. But also my biscuit missing plus the two extra biscuits were missing. I got all the honey I asked for but not the biscuits. So I feel like the message here is that my business isn’t very important to your business. But I’d like you say it to my face, figuratively, here, publicly. Make it right and I can change to 5 star, or don’t and I’ll leave it like it is as it seems some of the big have the ability to remove their 1 star posts, this one will be harder to dispute. We stopped there for 2 separate Doordash orders. It was 9pm when we got there on a Friday night. When we walked in, a young girl yelled from the back that they were closed. I simply told her that we had a pickup for Doordash. She again yelled that they were closed. I politely asked if they had any orders for Doordash. Again, she just yelled “We`re closed”. And then I heard her say to the other workers, “I told them 4 times that we were closed”. How absolutely RUDE. You can`t even come to the counter and talk to us. If this is how you treat your customers, then I for sure will never eat there again. And if you are “closed”, then maybe you should lock the doors so people don`t keep coming in! Have a nice day.

I’m writing to share my recent experience at your Popeyes location, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Upon arriving, I encountered a staff member at the drive-thru window whose pants were hanging down, which I found unprofessional, despite his polite demeanor. After being informed that our food would take around 11 minutes to prepare, we ended up waiting for 20 minutes in the parking lot before anyone brought our order out. To my surprise, when I went inside, I saw another employee behaving in a similar manner, pants hanging down and the food appeared to be just sitting on the counter. It was concerning to see food unattended like that, especially after the wait. When we finally got our food, it was cold, and while the chicken sandwich was acceptable, the pieces of chicken tasted old and not freshly cooked. I believe there are significant areas for improvement at this establishment, especially regarding staff professionalism and food handling. I will not eat there again.

Ordered a 8 piece spicy chicken and got original instead, contacted the restaurant the next day and they told me to come out and get the correct 8 piece, not only did they correct the chicken they redid my entire order. That’s 100% customer service and satisfaction. This store is awesome!

Stopped here at 9pm. The internet stated they were open till 11pm. Signs on the windows stated 11pm or later.
By 9pm they were.compeltely shut down.
Dont advertise hours youre open when you dont even bother to stay open.

Restaurant was dirty and sticky – food debris and gunk along the wall, the floor, and on the tables. Lots of chairs had footprints on them. The bathroom was disgusting and had dirt EVERYWHERE. We waited 10 minutes after placing our order to find out that they didn’t put our order in, and then continued to wait for another 10 minutes before we asked for a refund and left. There were multiple employees just sort of wandering through the kitchen, not doing anything except moving in circles and barely communicating with each other. I would not recommend this location and will not be back.

Absolutely do not go to this location. Took 45 min. for food. We had to remind them we ordered because they forgot! When our food finally came our biscuits were old and our sandwiches were burnt. Food was forgotten. I went inside to fix the order and to my surprise they were staffed well but half of the staff were not doing anything.
