After we got out of church my wife suggested we come here as we had not been in a while. They seated us immediately and in no time Marissa was at our table getting our drink order. We told her we had not been in a while and she asked if we might like some suggestions or recommendations. We accepted. She knew the menu and made suggestions in different sections of the menu. I decided on the chicken fried steak and eggs. I chose the fried potatoes and a biscuit and gravy as my sides. My wife chose the country scramble. The food was out in a reasonable time and the food was hot when it came out. We both enjoyed our selections. As I side note the bathrooms were clean which is always a plus. Marissa was a great waitress and we will be back.

As a former ServSafe proctor and food safety instructor, I’ve tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt more than once. It used to be a go-to spot for my family. But lately we’ve had a few issues with unsafe food practices and undercooked meals.
Today was the final straw. My wife found a hair in her home fries. Annoying, but mistakes happen. The part that threw us off was how fast the replacement came out. Our server was gone maybe a minute or two, then suddenly had a completely new plate. Maybe it was fresh, maybe it wasn’t, but the optics weren’t great.
My wife finally tried to eat again, and not even two minutes later we found another hair on our two-year-old’s pancakes. At that point we were done. The appetite leaves the building pretty quick after that.
What surprised me was being expected to pay for my own plate even though none of us ended up eating anything. I get that times are tough, but this wasn’t a normal situation.
I paid and left, but that’s it for us. We won’t be back, and honestly I’d recommend Whataburger before sending anyone here again

We stopped in here to grab a bite to eat when my youngest was craving breakfast for lunch. The service was good. It took a really long time to get our order. My husband said his plate was really good. My oldest said his waffles were ok. The youngest loved his pancakes. They were out of what I wanted so I just ended up sharing off of everyone’s plate.

We used to eat there frequently, but after this experience we will never return!
The restaurant itself seemed run down. I can forgive that given the pandemic times we’ve all struggled through. What I cannot forgive is the overall experience.
After being seated we asked for a bit more time to look over the menu, having not been for a while I was having a hard time deciding.
Our waitress seemed to forget we were there. It took her 20 mins to even take our order. When she finally took our order it took an additional hour and one of us checking with another staff member to get our food out.
When our food finally arrived it had clearly been sitting for quite some time as it was all lukewarm-cold. They did not get it right either. My husband should have had cheese which was missing, my bacon should have been well done and was floppy, my eggs were supposed to be soft scrambled I was brought fries eggs and when the scrambled eggs were finally brought they were hard scrambled, none of our toast had butter and there was none on the table, and my kids’ pancakes had sat for so long they had become mushy from the strawberries.
Our waitress then passed our table 4 times without even asking how everything had come out, or of we needed anything else. A person I assume was a manager came to our table to clear it, but did not enquire about our experience, or how our food was.
I was thorough disappointed! Not worth a visit.

It was average if I should say. I had the country biscuit breakfast while my wife had the chorizo scrambler. The CBB was bland, egg super wet as if the inside wasn’t cooked and the sausage patty, felt like I was eating a rock. The gravy was decent but I couldn’t bring myself to finish this dish. My wife’s choice l, according to her was ok except the fact that what she thought was cheese sauce was literally a slice of cheese melted over her meal. The French toast was bland with hardly any taste to it. The best plate I believe I can say were the mozzarella cheese sticks. The waitress, if anything, we saw her only three or four times….to take our order, drop off the order then drop off the ticket.

Wow. Just wow. We came hungry and walked in. We barely were able to walk after leaving.
Good food. I ordered the black bean omelette. Coworker ordered pancakes, omelette and bacon.
All were cooked well. We will be back to this spot for breakfast next time we are in town.

Awful customer service, place qas filthy from dirty cups to the waffle maker on the counter that looked as if it had never been cleaned. Waited for an 1hour and a half to end up leaving the place completely with no food. The mangers lack of empathy was pathetic and this place should really consider the amount of violations that are in one establishment.

11:20 walk into the restaurant it’s a fair amount of people. I asked to place a to go order the female says she’ll get someone else to help me. I waited in total of 10 mins before I had to ask someone to take my order. All while I was waiting instead of asking how they could help me they were cashing people out behind me even though I was waiting. Ordered the farmhouse and as you can see by the photos just how much effort was place into cooking. I eat out for every meal so money is no issue. It’s more so the fact that if I wanted effortless food I should’ve just gone to a lower quality like McDonald’s. I see that it’s similar though. I’ve eaten inside before and that was good ig to go order take minimal effort. As my French toast isn’t even cooked and with running eggs.
