My fast food experiences have NOT been the greatest. Stepping foot into this Taco Bell put me at ease right away. Brendan came out and ensured everything I ordered was correct and even offered to refill my drink. Felt more like a dining experience than a fast food spot. There needs to be more customer service like this!

This was the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. They said they would open at 2:30, but I waited in the cold for 10 minutes. A man came to the door and said they would be closed for another 10-15 minutes. Absolutely do not go there. I told them I was freezing and it was very cold outside, but they didn’t listen. It was 1 Fahrenheit outside. It’s very sad to see a Taco Bell that treats its customers so badly. Shame on you. Go eat at Burger King, it’s better.

Stop here often. The service is phenomenal and they treat you like family something you don’t often see in a fast food chain. The manager Darlene is a consummate professional. Would absolutely recommend.

Lady by drive through said 10 to 1am today they were closing early and they did not have the two DoorDash that said on app were ready. As I’ve drived through the drive through window one of the order was sitting by the window with one of the customers name . Not acceptable, customers did not get their orders, DoorDash had to cancel customers. Why that attitude?!

The reason I took 2 star is because they so talkative and when we talk we spill without intention..
It’s Ok to talk at the job, being team, and have fun when we working + it’s so bore when we quite and silent. But it’s not Ok when People talk over my food.
The place was nice, warm, tasty and delited.
They have a colorful table full of presentation cards and flayers inviting people to join the team, they having so fun I want to enroll.

I’m going to rank this average. The drive thru attendant was professional, forgot to give me my drink, so I parked walked in stood there watching the crew work the line look at me standing there never said hi or acknowledged I was there. I did not see anyone who would resemble a manager so I politely got the drive thru attendants attention and got my drink. Now I got the cheesy steak burrito with nacho fries with was very delicious. My GF ordered 3 soft chicken tacos which were good and 3 beef tacos. The beef tacos were very greasy to a point the hard chell fell apart. As a former fast food restaurant manager these hard tacos should not have been served. I would have rather waited a few minutes longer for new ones. Other then this we have been in your restaurant multiple times and never had an issue.

I’m convinced there’s no one staffed here on nights because the drive thru line just piles on cars and never moves forward. Took 20 minutes for the line to shift up one car.

Me and my fiance got dinner here and they swapped our burritos.They put my poblano steak burrito in her chicken cantina meal and put her chicken burrito in my poblano wrapper but the manager Renie took care of us and gave us what we ordered.This place is great
