If you are traveling through Carrizozo, NM make a stop at this delightful food truck. My husband ordered a Philly steak sandwich and I ordered pasta salad with chicken salad on top as my protein. The food was fresh and flavorful! The portions were generous, and the service was quick and friendly. We will definitely be back next time we go through!
