Horrible experience barely any condiments on burger. Didn’t give us our fries with any of our meals so I had to go back also had to go back for straws! Why are we not checking bags before them being passed to buyer lots of young kids in there screwing around too. Not impressed as someone who used to love this McDonald’s my last three experience have been horrible. Won’t be back!

online order for double cheese burger w no pickle. got 2 pickles on my burger. we were the only car there so i know my order didn’t get misread or mixed up. not to mention the guy mumbled the whole time and didn’t seem to enjoy his job. hands down the worst mcdonald’s in the area. go to the other one on pickard if you’re hungry.

Ordered on mobile app. Waited 5min at home. Drove 5min to location. Waited 10min at window for food. Got home and discovered all 3 of the burgers ordered were raw on the inside. Drove back to exchange, barely an apology but they did replace the burgers.

Went there yesterday & ordered a few things, this was a “large” fry but it wasn’t even full. It’s just kinda irritating that your paying for things and not really getting the amount you should and this isn’t the first time at this location, before it was a smoothie that they didn’t fill the cup so I drove back around but customers shouldn’t have to do that to get the size they are paying for.

Lilly was so helpful and even fixed my order for me when I messed it up the staff is so sweet and kind I would highly recommend coming here plus they have a play palace for the kiddos.
