We stopped in Friday for lunch and my wife and son had the shrimp burger and fries. They both enjoyed it. I had the grilled shrimp with sweet potato fries. I thought my shrimp were cooked a little too long but overall everything was good and we’d go back again.

This is so sad. I feel as if the chef has given up. I drive my family to the beach thinking we can have a nice seafood dinner, but Flipperz did not do it for us. Everything was great, but the food. $35.00 for crab legs that taste like water. You can tell the crab wasn’t fresh at all if you can break it with your bare hands (flimsy). A piece of my son’s chicken tenders were raw. The waitress offer to bring some new ones out, but he already lost his appetite. Pricy, but the food just wasn’t there. This place was awesome when it opened, don’t know what happened. For this experience, the waitress was the only thing awesome.

I brought my dog with me to the beach and stopped by this restaurant. I asked if it was okay to sit outside with him, and they were totally welcoming. They even brought out a dog bowl with water for him, which I really appreciated.
The food came out super fast—like surprisingly quick! I ordered the three-combination plate with fried fish, fried shrimp, and a crabcake. For my sides, I got regular fries and fried zucchini fries.
The food was so fresh. The crabcake—fried, just how I ordered it—was absolutely delicious. Definitely a standout on the plate.

We came around 5:45 on a Wednesday and there was no wait for our party of 4. I had the local flounder (fried) on a sandwich with grilled Brussels sprouts and they were amazing. My son really enjoyed the (local) shrimp sandwich.
We asked to watch the soccer match and the manager found it on the TV and offered to take a picture of us. The atmosphere was also super cute.

I got the flounder plate with zucchini French fries and grilled Brussel sprouts. They cooked the flounder fillets with the skin on so it rolled up like a cigar and trapped lots of grease inside, the zucchini and the sprouts were mostly burnt and also greasy. If you want lots of grease this is the place to go lol. I will not go back.

Crabs were over cooked. Burger was raw. Shrimp tacos were decent. Kid meal was limited. Pineapple jalapeño drinks were $$$$. Wings were good. Fried were good. Our waitress was serving the entire place.

Went with my son and his girlfriend. My son ordered the fried oysters with onion rings and fries okra. He enjoyed his meal. I ordered the shrimp burger with fries. I sent the fries back as they were completely cold which they replaced with hot fries. The burger was literally fried shrimp on a bun. I also got a BlackBerry cider. His girlfriend ordered the fish tacos and fries came with hers also. Our bill was $64+ tip. Very touristy.

My burger was amazing, extremely delicious grill flavor, fresh toppings. The fries were also crispy and very well seasoned. The jumbo pretzel was seriously jumbo, came out hot with good tasting nacho cheese. Make sure you eat it while fresh! It was not as charming while cold.
My wifes flounder was really top quality as well, also came out freshly fried. Okra was quality and fresh fried. Her only complaint was the homemade tartar sauce is mayo-forward.
Price definitely matches the quality, but you get every penny in the food. Plus, its a surf and turf at the beach, what did you expect?

Great restaurant. The wait wasn’t too long for a table, the waitress Debbie was very friendly and the food was amazing. I had a ribeye steak and it was cooked to perfection!

We went on a Friday night. It was so busy, and so loud. But we had 10 people in our group, so we were definitely part of the loudness. We ordered a Reuben and the special of the night, the Prime rib. The Reuben was very good, the Prime rib was decent. And we ended up paying a 40% gratuity. They charge an automatic 20% on your bill for a party of 10, and it gets split up between all of the employees, so in order for the waiter to get tipped, we had to tip an additional 20%. He busted his ass at our table of 10, so I gave him the 20% additional tip.
