Great experience! We ordered 2 little cheeseburgers, 1 large fry, and 1 shake it was around $30 (we ordered the same order at Shake Shack a few weeks ago and their price was $32 so comparable pricing to competitors). The burgers were flavorful & juicy. The fries were perfect as always, cooked to crispy, seasoned well, & of course a large portion!! The shake was creamy, thick, and delicious! The staff was handling the early dinner hour crowds well & the wait time wasn’t bad at all, they were working so hard!!

The food was good. The fries though abundant, were a bit salty. One soda machine had no ice, the other machine was spilling ice everywhere, all over the floor, making it a slip hazard. Not once did an employee come out to clean it up. There were people of all ages in the dining area including a person with a walker. Had anyone of these people slipped and fell, Five Guys would be looking at a lawsuit. Taking proper care of the dining area and making sure equipment is working properly should be a priority. I will hold employees, managers, and owners responsible for the way they conduct business.

Had a great experience at the Apex Five Guys! The burgers were fresh and delicious — just what you hope for. The team was friendly and really communicative throughout our visit. I was especially impressed watching how they handled a small mix-up with the order before mine — they stayed calm, respectful, and worked with the customer quickly to make it right. You can tell the staff here actually cares about their service and customers. Great food and great people — we’ll definitely be back!

This place is insanely EXPENSIVE. It was over $50 for a couple burgers and some fries. The food was decent and the service was quite good but it is not worth it for the price IMHO. I would suggest going to a local mom and pop shop if you are looking for a decent burger with good service. I will say that they do give you a huge amount of fries tho.

Best fries of all the burger chains, and fully customizable burgers cooked fresh. Don’t be mislead by the “little” burger – it is plenty big enough. And an order of “small” fries can easily feed two. Costs a bit more but worth it.

I’ve had plenty of burgers from Five Guys, but I had to give the dog a try. Solid sloppy hot dog. No chili and slaw at Five Guys, so I loaded it up with cheese, bacon, grilled onions, pickles, mustard and hot sauce. It was great. As always, the Cajun fries were amazing.

I placed an order through Uber eats but it turned out their system was down and didn’t receive the order. We called and spoke to the general manager who was more than willing to take our order through the phone and complete the transaction for us. He was kind and truly there to help. It was an unfortunate situation but worked out well!

There are 2 kinds of people in this world. 1) People who like 5 Guys and b) People who are wrong. Consistently good burger and fries. Lots of options for fixins. Some times I like to come here with 4 other guys just so we can be 5 Guys at 5 Guys. We laugh and laugh!
