Friendly, casual, and authentic Mexican food. You know you are in a great place when the group coming in ahead of you is a large group of Mexicans! And delicious tamales and rellenos many pseudo Mexican places don’t serve. We look forward to trying their house specials next time!

Our party of 4 stopped in for dinner and drinks. The atmosphere is comfortable and clean, staff is friendly and prompt and food arrives hot and timely.
There isn’t an over abundance of restaurants in the area and Mi Zarape is a good option when looking for a reasonably priced meal and supporting local business. During our visit we tried a few drink options, dips, taco salad, enchiladas blanco and 2 quesadilla varieties. The stand out dishes were the enchiladas blanco with mozzarella and queso cheese dip along with mild chorizo, the steak fajita quesadilla was another star dish. I would caution against the taco salad (bland) and the guacamole (odd color/texture and did not seem house made). The housemade cocktails- daiquiri, margaritas and tequila sunrise also missed the mark but the beer was ice cold and reasonably priced.
Overall we had a fine experience and will return in the future!

Good family-run Mexican restaurant to go to! All the workers are very friendly and talkative. Especially if you want to practice your Spanish! Menu is very large and food tastes good. Enjoyable meal.

Our family has been coming here for years and years, continues to be my favorite Mexican restaurant probably ever. I usually don’t think twice and head straight here for some chips&salsa, pollo yucateco, and prompt, super friendly service. Every time !

My favorite Mexican restaurant in the area. I consider myself a salsa snob — theirs is the best! Love how fast, tasty, and friendly this restaurant is. Big fan of their tacos and how well they prepare their shrimp entrees. Comfortable atmosphere, nice and small, just the way I like it!

Highly recommend this place! If you’re a vegetarian or love cheese and veggies, the #4 in the vegetarian section is for you. The complimentary chips are warm and crispy, and the salsa is light. Definitely coming back here!

Good place to get Mexican food. Various options are available on the menu. The chips + salsa were very tasty. I like their ‘Fajitas Texanas’- the chicken + steak were slightly dry but very filling!
Table service was great and the dining area + restrooms were clean. If you’re close by, check it out.
