Great spot in downtown Meridian! Food is solid and they do a great job accommodating. Deviled eggs were amazing and super flavorful! The cocktails were delicious too! Burgers were juicy and full of flavor! Atmosphere was nice, just a little loud, but not difficult to carry a conversation. Will definitely be returning!

This was our second time here for a lunch date with the wife. Both times have been wonderful experiences. Nice amount of good food. Their French Dip is amazing! The bread has just enough crunch on the outside to hold up and the center is so soft. The meat is so tender, flavorful and the juice tastes adds even more flavor. Would highly recommend!

First time coming to ETC, which is nestled right in downtown Meridian. The restaurant was very clean and open, with lots of seating indoors and outdoors. We sat at the bar inside since there was a decent wait to get a regular table. The staff was super friendly and helped us right away.
The food was really yummy. The dishes were a little under salted (which I prefer so I can bring it up to my liking). Overall everything was super yummy and there was no leftovers.
They also have a great happy hour and their fish tacos are rumored to be legendary. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Grabbed dinner with my sister tonight and highly recommend the BBQ burger and huckleberry lemonade! Great place and want to bring the rest of my family back! No wait, sat on patio with misters and waitress and staff were super nice! Food was out quick too!

Ok, I want to start off saying I’ve always been a fan of the food and drinks here. And went in last night specifically because I was craving the French Dip sandwich. I ordered it to go with the waiter who was at the hostess booth. He asked if I wanted it loaded with mushrooms, onions and provolone cheese. Hell yes I did. He punched it into the handheld device and said it would be $28…umm what…that’s wild for a sandwich and fries. But I was really wanting this sandwich and had an extra long Monday at work. Paid and even left a 20% tip on a to go order(I was not offered a receipt and realized this after). I waited patiently, got my food and went home where I opened the box and was immediately disappointed. I was not seeing loaded at all. I had one mushroom on one half and maybe two on the other half, barely any onions and hardly any cheese. I tried calling the restaurant and nobody picked up and was just in a loop with the recording.

I made reservations for brunch for a family member’s birthday. We showed up and there was a single table available near the bar. We were seated next to the most obnoxious men being loud and extremely inappropriate. We didn’t expect brunch to include stories about everything including prostitution. The food is always great and we got great service, but maybe reserve tables in the hallway for brunch guests.

Eight Thirty Common’s is a great place to eat at with good food, great service and a nice atmosphere. It is a great place to meet with friends or family or for a nice date night. The appetizers are also excellent here, you have to try the cheesy tots! The food is a little expensive in my opinion for the portion sizes and quality but it always tastes good and comes out hot!

I went here for a little dinner with my family. I had the kale ceaser salad, and the truffle cheese tots. The tots where very delicious. My dad got the brussle sprouts. They where really delicious as well. My kale salad was good but it needed more dressing because the kale flavor overloaded everything else. So if u are to order it order extra dressing with it. My other family members has the finger stakes the fish and chips and nachos. Those where all delicious. The fish was cooked perfectly. The finger steaks where delicious and a nice bite to eat. The nachos where a perfect portion and every chip where covered with sauce and ingredients. So I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys a nice atmosphere and bite to eat. The prices where also reasonable. So plz if u haven’t had this place give it a try u won’t regret it.
