There is a guy working at Burger king name Devin. He’s the best thing that’s ever happened to that place, EVER!!!!!! He’s very courteous and kind. He keeps the place neat and clean. I’ve seen him come behind the counter to clean the dinning area. He washes his hand before serving food and he encourages his teammates. I saw a lady get up set and cuss him out ( I almost cried) he handed it so well and not once did he get upset! Please give him a raise!!!! Devin, Your a great guy❤️❤️❤️❤️

The people who work here are very special. I went to pick up my mobile order I said my name and they went back and forth with me about how to say it. Whatever. Then we got two combo meals each with a slushy drink. They hand us one drink close the window. We wait. We say actually no we got two combos where’s the other drink. Then wait. Then the worker gives me a water cup and shuts the window before I can say no. Then I wait for them to come back and say this isnt the drink where’s the drink? Then I wait some more and then finally I get the drink and they shut the window in my face no apology. it’s in a slightly different cup but at this point at least it’s the drink I just want to leave. Awful. I used to work in fast food when I was in college I know it’s tough but that was embarrassing.

The employees are completely inefficient and lack any sense of performing quality work. I ordered on the app and showed up a half hr later. After waiting another 15 minutes I left without my food.
Meanwhile I observed an employee with a glove on one hand leave the counter, walk outside, come back in and head towards the bathroom (didnt see if she went in). She later came back with the same glove and proceeded to handle food.
