During my stay in Palm Beach, after grabbing my coffee from Dunkin, I was on the hunt for breakfast. As I was heading back to my hotel I came across Bagel Restaurant and More and decided to give it a try.
Walking into Bagel Restaurant and More there was a warm cozy feeling. The location is small which adds to the coziness of it. The lady behind the cash register welcomed us in and we headed to the register to obtain menus and take a look.
As I was about to head to the port, I didn’t want to do anything too heavy. I was excited to see that they offered smoked sausage, however, I was advised it did not come as a sandwich and I would have to build it a la carte. That’s fine, I love the create a meal option. LoL!

I placed my order and took a seat. As I sat, I took in the charm of the establishment. Everyone who was coming in knew one another and the staff was saying “would you like your usual?” I love that. That is such neighborhood charm in real time.
Once my order was ready I obtained my sandwich and was off to my hotel room.
My First Bite… OHEMGEE!!!!! When I say blew my mind, I truly mean it. The sausage was well cooked and sat perfect on the soft buttery inside of the onion bagel. The onion bagel was crunchy on the outside and had a nice chew to the center. This wasn’t just a store bought bagel, this was a real bagel bagel. LoL!
I enjoyed every single bite down to the last. So much so, I wish I could stop back past on my return trip home.. All in all, my experience at Bagel Restaurant and More was amazing. The food was a 10/10 and I will return again.

Usually I do not leave a negative or bad review. However, the last two times I have eaten there with my wife including today was not a good experience. The women ( and I use that term loosely) had an attitude, looked angry and was not friendly or personable. As a matter of fact she was so cold toward my wife and I it was very uncomfortable. When we walk in the waitress ( she is the shorter heavy set little immature one) looks at us with anger and hatred in her eyes. It could be because my wife is Mexican and I am a US Navy Veteran. Or it could be other reasons. Never brought us more coffee, asked us if we needed anything else, or even checked in on us. She has the worst attitude, lack of customer service as well as horrific people skills. But she did manage to go on tic tok, Facebook, and who knows what else. The other women who worked there was a lot more friendly, more personable, and helpful. I find it very unprofessional, inappropriate, and down right disrespectful in the way my wife and I have been treated by her. That is some way to treat a US Navy Veteran who served his country. I hope the owner reads this and terminated her employment immediately. After my last and final inexcusable experience there I will never return there to eat ever again. I would rather drive 45 minutes to bagel works in Boca Raton to eat breakfast. Before I will ever return there. As a matter of fact from now on I will be making the drive to bagel works in Boca Raton to eat my breakfast or I will go to Bens Deli in Boca . But never ever again will I ever step foot in this establishment.

We walked in and didn’t know if we wanted to stay and eat. We decided to and are so happy we did, this will be our new go to spot for some food and quick food. The French toast was on point and the everything bagel bacon egg and cheese was perfect! We will be back again, and again. Thank you Marcus for your amazing customer service. Great guy!

Absolutely the worse food ive had in a long time, spent 50$ on pickup , waffle was burned, the 3 bagels were over toasted and hard, the potatoes were bland, ham and bacon were also both burned and over cooked. I called back and asked for a refund and they refused saying the items should have been checked before leaving .

Ketchup tasted sour, home fries weren’t seasoned well and they were not good at all. Breakfast sandwich wasn’t good either. Bread was looked like it got sat on a couple of times. Ordered blue blueberry pancakes & the did not taste good either. It’s like the products they use aren’t fresh.

Big mistake coming here. I had the most basic breakfast, bacon and eggs, and they were awful. The bagel, the actual item this restaurant pins its identity to, was probably a few minutes away from being classified as stale before they served it to me. The waitress was nice enough and the service was prompt but she was so loud talking to the only other person in the restaurant about her personal life, which frankly didn’t interest me.

Had not been by in over a year. The eggs were not cooked the way I asked for. The bagel was really basic and the potatoes were not properly seasoned. Coffee was just ok. Service was good.

I love the staff here the owner is absolutely wonderful he takes his time with each and every individual customer. We went with our grandma my husband and I. I got exactly what I wanted so did he. Our grandmother got what she wanted too. Its well rounded and quite busy at times and has a wait but its well worth. I used to go here when I was pregnant. I craved the food they were so accommodating because my belly was so big.
