I recommend checking the accuracy of your order before you pull away from the drive through window 100% of the time due to complete incompetence. They cannot get very simple orders correct. For instance today I ordered two items and only got 1. Accuracy gets worse the more complex the order gets. You’ve been warned.

This McDonald’s is terrible. On the drive thru they take forever to take my order, only after I ask them if they are still there! My sandwich barely had any toppings.

Came through at 4:57am and whoever the woman was on the speaker was nasty as ever with her attitude. She stated that they were only taking pickup orders or something and I told her that the app wouldn’t allow me to and that it said the store was closed and that it’s because they aren’t taking mobile orders right then with the nastiest attitude I’ve ever heard. It’s disgraceful that someone like her still has a job. I hope this franchise and take some sort of action towards teaching her some basic customer service and manners since her parents failed to do so.

Never thought a burger that greasy with so much ketchup and mustard oozing out onto the wrapper could possibly be that dry. No receipt at kiosk. No thank you or anything. Lots of laughter in the back though.

Always order online just to be sure my food is ready and i have time to eat it for my lunch, every time i order double quarter pounder with cheese here either 1) i have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich i ordered a half hour ago or 2) it’s jus a cheese burger. I’ve been told it’s because of one the cooks only being able to cook 1 burger at time, I’ve been told it’s because of rush (which i understand, i used to work fast food), i’ve heard the line of excuses. i understand sometimes stuff happens but every time? Just wish mobile orders were out ahead of regular orders.

Never again will I return to this location. Went through the drive through, the fries were cold and tast bad. I went in and had to sat hello a couple times to get someone to look my way. I explained how my fries were not good and asked if I could get a fresh order. The young man walk over grabbed the bag, through in the trash. He walked over and scooped another order, all while not speaking a word. Through them in a bag and dropped it on the counter in front of me. I asked if that was the same batch I just had? He replied. No those are fresh and walked away. When I asked fir the manager, he said I am the manager. I said really, Who is above you ? He said nobody really…. it’s basically him. I really hope that’s not the case. Rude employees taking orders and if the manager acts like that, good luck with that location.

I don’t think I have ever been to a McDonald’s where I received CONSISTENT good service. Every time I go through the drive thru here, it’s always the same. The management and staff at this location are what ALL RESTAURANTS need. It’s nice to go to an establishment where the employees are friendly and actually act like they are glad to have a job. This staff is amazing!!!

Orders are normally wrong or missing items, and extremely overpriced for the over processed food that we all know it is. McDonald’s just isn’t worth the money anymore if they’re going to have quality of food that now rivals burger king at the bottom of the bucket- but more expensive.

I was just in there with my son, I ordered 2 different orders! The fryer guy was so ignorant and rude! No hair net gloves anything! I said thank you after he handed both my orders, no response and then I proceeded to leave and he laughed like something was funny!
