I’ve attempted to eat here 3 times in the past year. Every time I came for the same thing: 2 small Froyo twist cones, nothing else.
The first time we walked in, the employee behind the counter was arguing with a couple because the woman was frustrated that she watched one of the employees not wash his hands after doing something (I’m not sure what, it was chaotic) then make her milkshake. We just walked out after a few minutes, waiting and dealing with that is not worth two small Froyo twists honestly…
Second time was 3 nights ago. It was alright, the guy that made one of the twists was newer and training and handed it to me in such a way that I got a fistful of Froyo. Partially my fault too, whatever. At least he was nice.
Just went just now and watched someone, I think named Haleigh or similar, frustratingly make a sundae take 10 minutes to make. Definitely didn’t want to be there. We were next in line. An older lady came up to ask for ice cream and the worker acknowledged that we were waiting. I said “we just came for 2 small Froyo twists, that’s it.” She scoffed at me and started making the other lady’s order. Again, 2 twists is NOT worth that level of disrespect and amount of wait. So I chose to leave and write a review.
People have bad days, sure. But she was not the only employee and it was clear that her behavior was tolerated there when nobody said a single thing about it. Just go to the Southside braums, it’s nicer anyways and the customer service is significantly better.

The food is delicious. But customer service sucks! Wait time is ridiculous. My wife ordered extra crispy fries and got limp, warm fries. I watched an elderly customer that got passed over for younger customers. He was in line because his banana split didn’t have a banana. I watched dining room staff stacking dirty dishes on each other and then placing them in the ready to use bin. Men’s bathroom toilet is broke.

I live right by this location but will drive across town to the other location because this place has horrible customer service and horrible food constantly. I have given up on this one if you want a good experience please use the other location south of town. Have a good day.

Waited 30 minutes for burnt, soggy fries and two cheeseburgers. No napkins available in the dispensers, no ketchup or Braum’s sauce. Every table is dirty, flies everywhere. By far the worst Braum’s I’ve been in. Do yourself a favor and choose another restaurant, not another Braum’s. A different restaurant entirely.

The ice cream treats are great! We love their yogurt! However, the customer service and cleanliness of associates should be a lot better. A basic acknowledgement/welcome when a customer is in line should be foundational in the service industry. Most of the associates aprons were dirty and no one was cleaning tables or sweeping the floors. Seeing grubby teenagers serving food is not appealing at all. You have a lot of loyal customers who continue to support Braum’s in spite of the conditions of your stores. Please don’t take quality and cleanliness for granted.

Like everywhere else, they’re short staffed. Love the ice cream selection and burgers, they’ve the best fast food burger anywhere. But the spicy crispy chicken sandwich is terrible. It’s basically a bun and toppings with an over cooked breading patty they call chicken.

Why do all Braum’s employees hate their job? They are all just rude and angry. Walked up to order ice cream, stood there just over 12 minutes and not a single employee spoke or acknowledged us. There is one guy that works the drive-thru that is the worst. When I asked for spoons, he very rudely told me he already gave them to me and slammed the window shut. He gave us 1 spoon. There was 3 of us needing them. When you try to order they are ao busy asking questions and then talking over you when you try to answer that it’s no wonder orders are wrong all the time. I have continued to go here out of convenience. However, I don’t think I will be doing so any longer. If it was one thing, on one occasion, it would be different. But, it’s literally every. Single. Time. There is no such thing as common courtesy or manners any longer.

Ordered jalapeno hamburger dry (no mustard, mayo, etc). It has a couple spoonfuls of mayo and 4 or 5 razor thin jalapenos. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I guess I shouldn’t expect a good burger from an ice cream store. My bad. Never again.
