We went here for dinner and loved every dish! For appetizers we got the samosa chat (yogurt on the side) and steamed momo platter. For the entrees we got the chicken biryani and vegetable thali. I also got the mango lassi. Everything was full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We were especially impressed by the curry and dal that came with the vegetable thali. My fiancee who’s not big on vegetarian dishes said he would gladly order those as his meal. Besides how the food tasted, we really enjoyed how they were presented. The people working there were also super friendly. Can’t wait to go back and bring some friends!

Drove 45 mins for nothing! Worst nepali restaurant ever. Ordered fried momo I don’t know what they gave us it was all soggy. Chicken choila was covered in fenugreek seeds am i supposed to taste choila or just eat the seed? Ordered veg chowmein and they gave us thuppa noodles, completely misleading. When we told to take the chowmein back they said they never received this complaint i guess they never had somebody eat that chowmein. Restaurant was not busy at all and I can tell it why. If costumer have any problem I think they should come up to solve not hide in the back somewhere. At the end i paid 54.37 gave $60 cashier only returned me $5 i mean give people their change as well. Poor management. Personally being from nepal, i can clearly tell difference between chowmein and thuppa. Also have tired numerous nepali restaurants in ohio to know the difference. Overall, wasted my money and time. If u want authentic nepali food try some other places in akron.
This place is bullshit.

Went here for a date night. The food was AMAZING. Highly recommend the Chili Chicken. The garlic naan was soft, flavorful and delicious. Appreciated that the server allowed time between appetizer and main dishes and was always present but never intrusive. We loved trying all the different things from mango lasso to the steamed momo platter and different mains. Wish we would have had room for dessert! Will definitely be back with friends.

Hands down, the best Nepali restaurant I’ve experienced in the U.S. The flavors reminded me of home, from the perfectly spiced momo to the warm chicken sekuwa. If you ever get a chance, definitely check it out!

I had an amazing experience at Dolpa Kitchen and Bar! The food was absolutely incredible, bursting with flavor and beautifully presented. The customer service was top-notch; the staff was attentive and friendly, making me feel welcome throughout my visit. And let’s not forget the interior decoration—it’s stunning and adds so much character to the place. If you’re looking for a charming spot with delicious food and wonderful service, Dolpa Kitchen and Bar is a must-visit!

We visited during Memorial Day weekend and were welcomed with a warm smile. The restaurant is very clean. Service was exceptional, especially offering lemon slices and chillies with our meal. Highly recommend the local chicken thali and momo.

This was the best chicken vindaloo I’ve had!!!! I asked for indian hot and it was pretty warm. Rice was very good. But the Naan, oh the Naan was nice and fluffy and you can tell they really take pride in their food. My wife had the chicken pikora and it was great too. Very fresh and tasty!!!!! Can’t wait to come back.
Edit: The owner took the time to come out and chat with us for a while and told us how and why he got started. And he brought me out a hot spicy cheese dip to try and it was amazing!!!! Very nice man and you can tell he takes pride in his cooking and loves what he does!!!!

I had paneer makhani and puri. It was so terrible, I don’t understand how is this even possible.

Who runs this establishments? Paneer makhani tasted like it was paneer cubes floating in colored water. Poori crumbled like a cookie and was full of grease.

Disgusting food!
