SUNSET BOULEVARD
This morning, the female McDonald’s employee pictured here created a very aggressive and hostile situation at breakfast time about 7:20 am Sunday November 23. 2025. She was gossiping loudly in Spanish for quite sometime in the kitchen area but could be heard by the only 3 diners. She was gossiping in Spanish but also in English when she kept saying that “the homeless are only allowed to stay in the Restaurant for 30 minutes! Only thirty minutes!”
She kept repeating that over and over and over again. Then, she would start gossiping about some other co-worker . Minutes later, a younger person got up from eating his food and went to the counter and confronted that employee and said that he could overhear her talking loudly thrashing homeless people. He began to tell to shut her mouth and be respectful to people eating their food in the restaurant whether they were homeless or not and that she should stop gossiping about others. He went on to tell her that he could hear everything she said. He then went on to call her every cuss word known to mankind! . I was there and heard it all. She is a short heavyset Mexican female about 30 years old, wears glasses and has kind of a pug nose. Her inappropriate behavior in completely unacceptable and has no place in a restaurant. That’s the first time I ever heard an employee act so deliberately so that others could here her. She definitely did it on purpose. Many were incredibly offended at her comments. I was there and had a big breakfast plus a large hot coffee. When I was done with breakfast I ordered another hot coffee – I did NOT ask for a refill, and sat down to enjoy that. It is then that she started her hate filled rant. This woman is a nuisance and a trouble maker. Who knew I would be having a side-of hate speech to go with my coffee this morning….

Ordered McDonald’s on the app. Picked it up from drive thru. Then when I got home, I opened up the McDouble. I ordered it plain. This is what I received! I am allergic to pickles and these fools at this location could’ve cause me serious harm and cost me a trip to the hospital! Clearly by the other reviews here this place is terrible and needs new management and staff! Fix this!

This McDonalds couldn’t get the order out on time if their life depended on it. They make you pull out into one of the busiest streets in Lodi to turn around and park somewhere just so their “manager doesn’t get onto them.” Every. Single. Time. Doesn’t matter what you order, you will be forced to park and wait.

Incredible everytime I come to this location they park me. McDonald’s is a fast food service. Key word FAST. Why do I have to wait 10 minutes on top of the wait in drive thru line for food. And the saddest part is they still can’t get the order right. Blows my mind

Shittest customer service from any McDonald’s in Lodi. Placed a breakfast order, waited in line for 15 minutes, pulled up to the speaker and waited another 5 minutes, it’s now 10:32 and they say “if it’s breakfast we’re canceling the order” no other options. I park, go inside to confirm the order is cancelled before I go spend $40 elsewhere and the two separate customers in front of me are able to order breakfast at 10:38, I ask if I’m still able to order breakfast and the employee says yes.

The worst experience at a McDonalds I’ve ever been through. “JEMINA” not sure if that’s correct spelling, could be a G to start her name because no one in that store has a name tag! Nonetheless she’s the worst manager at a McDonalds I’ve ever seen. Something needs to happen because she’s in the downtown/heart of city of Lodi Ca.. made an order and she gave me such a hard time and my order was on the counter with my order #. Seen it and said that’s it right there. She didn’t want to help me whatsoever before that. The food was already paid for she tried to blame the app. But the app wasn’t wrong. Grabbed my food but won’t ever come to this location EVER AGAIN

I’m honestly so upset. We paid for 2 happy meals. My daughters wanted the hello kitty mutant turtle toy. Asked them if they could put different ones because last time it was the same ones. They said they can’t do that. And when I received my happy meals they were completely different toys. It was some sort of box animal. I just don’t understand why we don’t get what we paid for.
