Wow! Trash cans are full and overflowing, filth on all the tables, line all the way to the door and only one person making the food. This was a Thursday afternoon during the dinner rush — around 5:00PM. My first thought was to leave and go to Moe’s but my curiosity was peaked: “how long is this going to take?” Twenty-five minutes later I was cleaning off a table with my bowl of cold dry steak. Of course, they were out of napkins and I was lucky enough to get one of the two last straws. This Chipotle is historically bad — I won’t be making this mistake again. But still one must wonder, how can a restaurant this filthy, with this horrible service, and pretty awful food, still pull a crowd — much less a profit? Looking at the demographic of the customers, I’d say it is because there is a College close by and the kids who go here don’t care. This review will not change anything of course, Chipotle will still pack them in regardless. But if you are over the age of say 26 — go somewhere else!!! (PS: I should have taken pictures and sent them to the DOH, but I left my phone in the car)

I was disappointed with my encounter here. I ordered online and waited 20 minutes after they told me it would be ready. The servings weren’t the best. One bowl I ordered had about 1 tablespoon of sour cream the other had none even though I had ordered that.

Do not recommended coming to this Chipotle! It was 12:00 and they weren’t ready for the lunch rush! Asked for chicken and they were out! Had to wait 15+ minutes for half a scoop. Server was wearing rayban meta glasses and had a terrible attitude. Also asked for a side tortilla and they never gave it to me. This Chipotle is also very dirty they were out of almost every drink. The chipotle in Muhlenberg is much better.

I love Chipotle, but the Wyomissing location is a disgrace. The store was empty except for a couple in front of me at 8pm tonight. Five employees were standing around the front and all of them ignored us. The tables were dirty, the drink area was covered with garbage, and the garbage cans were overflowing.
After ten minutes of not being greeted (the customers in front of me were not greeted either), I called out from the line and asked if the store was still open. One of the employees said yes. And, still, no one came to acknowledge us.
All someone needed to say was, “Hey, we’ll be with you in five or ten minutes.” But nobody did.
So I left after fifteen minutes without being so much as greeted, while five employees in the front of the store stared at us.
The 5th St. Chipotle isn’t like this. The stores on 422 aren’t like this. Unfortunately I live in Wyomissing, so it looks like I will have to drive to the 5th St. location next time I want chipotle.

The food was absolutely delicious. Then after I came home, I put it in the microwave for a few seconds taste exactly the same like if it just came out the atmosphere smells so good. It wasn’t packed at all. The noise was a minimum it wasn’t too loud or too quiet absolutely loved it.

I love Chipotle’s food, there is absolutely nothing wrong with Chipotle as a chain. HOWEVER, this chipotle needs their entire staff fired.
I walked into this restaurant at opening and the restaurant was a mess, chip bags everywhere, all over tables and the pickup shelf, the drink bar trashed, crumbs all over the floor and tables, chips on the floor, I literally had to second guess myself because of how messy it was, but sure enough they had just opened 5 minutes prior.
Now my first order here was a chicken burrito with some fixings, the fixings and everything are great, that’s a given at chipotle. However the chicken was very dry.
I went up to the counter to see if my order was ready to which the young Hispanic woman at the counter on 12/27/24 rudely in a monotonous voice told me that the food was being made, no apology, nothing. It seemed as if she gave me attitude just for even being here and trying to pick up my food. It really seems like.she just straight up hates her job and frankly she shouldn’t be working here.
I noticed everyone else got their orders first and my app said that it was ready. I even saw the girl mentioned previously hand a bag of food to another employee first who was standing in front of the counter scrolling social media, while they talked.
It was only after I walked up to the counter to which she asked my name and when I said my name to the Hispanic girl (still having attitude) she literally had the bag behind the counter (which the app said was supposed to be on the pickup shelf, which was full of chip bags and food trays mind you)
This is my first time in store and honestly I’m very disappointed.
EDIT: they added 200 points to my account (that’s enough for one singular tortilla) I’ve since removed all of my stars

In person order. I dont have too many complaints with the burrito, however its very wet with residual juice from the beans (drain the excess juice next time) But here’s where I get a little frustrated. I wanted a side of chips and queso. What I suppose was the manager on duty, asked for a side of queso, quite loudly. However upon getting back to work, i got the chips, but no queso. Im sorry, but how are you going to shout for a side of queso, and hand me a bag of chips and no queso and not realize? This location used to be good, it felt bright and bubbly. This most recent visit felt like everyone was forced to be there against their will. Almost chaotic, if you will. Certainly does not make me want to go back.

i went in yesterday night to get food for my family and i, and let me just say i was very satisfied with the service i received there were two sweet spanish girls that were very interactive with me and they treated me and my family very kindly one had straight hair and the other had curls. they made our experience a night to remember. and they even made sure to clean our table when we wanted to sit! i will come back!

Love chipotle but I just ordered for lunch and they gave me the spicy chicken instead of the regular chicken. I double checked to make sure I didn’t mistakenly pick that. Sure enough I didn’t. And the chips were stale 🙁
