Literally the worst location. Will make you wait 30-40 minutes for your order to be wrong every time. Even if you’re the only one there. And then turn your backs on customers. I’ve worked fast food for years so I understand having a bad day. But it’s not a bash every single time. At that point it’s just negligence of your job. And apparently not a single employee knows how to do it there. They need to shut this location down.

This bk is trash. Everytime I wanna go there they mess up my order or the employees are very rude. I went back with my receipt and they refused me. I was polite. I did not yell. I was very calm, The man there told me to go to another bk then. I work hard for my money the least you can do is make my order right.

The drive thru is open, the lights are on in the kitchen. I see online that they’re still open and their hours reflect that as well. However the front light and sign are off and they’re blasting music inside.
I was ignored by when I pulled up to the window. If these aren’t your hours, then update them.

This is not the first tike where i have gone to this BK and the order wasn’t right. I ordered a double whopper with cheese. As you can clearly see, there’s no cheese, even though it even says so on the receipt. I won’t go back because the fact I decided to give this BK the benefit of the doubt and yet once again my order is wrong tells me all I need to know. I recommend finding an alternate for fast food or burgers, and there are several options within a mile of here

Nobody greated or acknowledge us. Nobody approached the front to take our order. There was a lady (customer?) Perched up at the counter on her phone. A lady was working the drive through window, someone was putting sandwiches together and another standing at the fryers. As we stood there awkwardly, looking around, I noted what appeared to be a manager sitting in the kids play area. The lady at the drive through looked at us a time or two, but said nothing. After a few minutes we left to walk across to Freddy’s next door. As we walked out the door, fryer guy asked the customer, “did nobody help them?”. Wow. Ps. FREDDY’S WAS GREAT! Go there instead.

My potatoes were cold before I left the parking lot. I have never understood if you order a breakfast sandwich without the egg, why can’t they make sure the meat and cheese are hot. I have to ask every time to please make my sandwich hot. I wasted almost 9 for cold food

The service here is typically not the best but I looove the burgers at BK so I always come back. Today though, Tyler helped us and it’s by far the best service I’ve had since I moved to this area. Keep this man and give him a raise.

The service was bad. Took too long to prepare, and burger patties were cold. Fries were hot though. Another customer, of the 3 in the entire place, was met with ZERO customer service, when she complained about her order being COMPLETELY wrong. They werent able to get a refund because they ordered on the app ans didn’t want to wait anothe 30 minutes on a new order. They only made excuses. The employees are just hanging out.

The food was okay. One order of French fries was freshly cooked while the other order was cold and gross. The Whoppers were good and the Oreo cookies milkshake was delicious.
