Had never eaten here prior to today, as I’m vegan and it’s usually hard to find a bagel place that can make those accommodations, ,but my boyfriend raves about this place, so we stopped today. He bought me a veggie sandwich without the cheese, and really wasn’t expecting anything exceptional since most places don’t know how to season/cook vegetables on their own very well, but let me tell you I was BLOWN away! Cooked to perfection and not saturated in oil. Absolutely delicious, I’m sad I haven’t eaten here sooner. So so good. My boyfriend and his friend were so happy with their sandwiches as well. Service was friendly and efficient. Would love to see them have some sort of tofu cream cheese option in the near future as a non-dairy alternative 🙂
