3/6/2026 @ 6:52p – Train your workers better and when a customer’s order is wrong simply apologize especially when the mistake was on your end. Double charging my card due to the drive thru worker entering in the wrong meal is crazy. I should’ve been refunded and the correct order given as a courtesy for the inconvenience. The manager was very nonchalant and didn’t even apologize.

This trip to Wendy’s was extremely frustrating, mainly because of the excessive wait in the drive-thru. I ended up sitting in line for close to an hour just to get my food, which is completely unacceptable for fast food.

What made it even worse is that there was no clear system in place to move things along. No one asked if anyone had already placed an order, no effort to speed up the line, and no explanation for the delay. You’re just stuck waiting with no idea how long it’s going to take.

By the time I finally got my food, it was cold, which only added to the frustration. Long drive-thru waits defeat the entire purpose of choosing a quick, convenient option like Wendy’s.

Overall, the wait alone ruined the experience. Sitting in a drive-thru for that long is not reasonable, and it’s enough to make me avoid this location in the future

If I could give 0 starts, I would. Night shift employees are rude, ignores the customers waiting in front, and gets angry when you ring the bell. I am typing this as I’m waiting to try and even get my food and they’re too busy playing around. The floor is also disgusting. Soda spilled on the floor.

It all started with the manager because they are in charge at the end of the day. TERRIBLE customer service from the children at the counter but I took it straight to the manager and they were even worse! I just wanted to make sure my fries were fresh because they were cold and dry last time. They took this as an offense and even GAVE ME THE WRONG ORDER. The place is nasty, floor and chairs need cleaning, none of the drinks in the machine worked, and all the employees were cross contaminating with their gloves. NEVER GO HERE UNTIL NEW MANAGEMENT

If you wanna grab something quick you might as well make food at home because the drive thru late at night is horrendous. Been waiting in line for seriously 20 min or more now and no idea whats taking soo long. When the lady finally came to the window she didn’t even apologize for any of the wait. She looked like she just sniffed something horrible when she was looking at me like she was annoyed. I normally dont wish this on anyone but EVERYONE on the night shift needs to be let go and get some people in there that can run a store. If you dont like your job, change it. All there is to it.

This location is a joke. I’m tired of lazy workers just standing around on their phones. The restaurant closed early yet I was able to place an order almost 50 minutes before it was supposed to close? Then when I show up, nobody on the mic and I have to drive up to the window in which the lady ignores me THE ENTIRE TIME. I then have to yell through the window about my order, she shakes her head at me and continues looking down, I assume on her phone, then I yell I had an app order, she turns says something and shakes her head then continues looking down. I then yell a third time with my phone up showing the order. I get the same response. I then yell yet AGAIN THROUGH THE CLOSED WINDOW asking for a refund with which I get another head shaking and she yells back angrily something about the app. I’m done, you guys just lost my money. They way you train your workers here is a joke. I normally forget about it because the food comes out tasting good (despite long wait times) but every time I order here it’s like a playground inside. It’s an embarrassing, joke. If my kitchen manager ran his kitchen like this place he wouldn’t have a job any longer. Almost every restaurant in Florissant is like this, why would this place be any different? Just avoid it all together. The lady could have been respectful enough to just open the window and explain the situation instead of having a PAYING CUSTOMER yell through the window. I hate being a Karen because I work industry but if this was one of my servers, they’d be gone.

EDIT: Not even a response from the owners of this franchised location. Goes to show how they already know how it’s ran and don’t care. Pathetic. Do better quality control Wendy’s.

The burger was cold and made wrong. The fries were hot but were fried in very old grease which were absolutely disgusting. The employee has no active listening skills nor cares about what a true Wendy’s burger/fries should be. Have pride in your work wherever you are. This place needs a General Manager that has integrity, drive, and is a person that can train people, not just hiring bodies.

Had a terrible experience at this Wendy’s today! There was no line when I came up to the mic the lady said welcome to wendy’s then asked the coworker if they were going on break and then disappeared. They came back after a moment and took my order.And seemed upset that I asked for my order to be fresh. All my request afterwards.She cut me off early and when I didn’t answer In .3 seconds time if I wanted anything else, she gave me my total and said pull up. Then when I got to the window and needed a moment to find my card she said girlll with a sigh and closed the window. WONT BE BACK!

I went last night! 10 out of 10. Just left and the young lady that took my order greeted me stated she was sorry for my wait. Repeated my order, food hot and fresh!!!!! 1000 out of 10!!!

The drive thru was packed, and the inside was closed. The food was hot and fresh. The service could have been better. The lady who took my order cut me off mid order then made me wait a few minutes before allowing me to continue. The guy who collected my payment was just blah. I asked for 2 cups of cheese which I realized I was not charged for after paying and pulling away from the 1st window. The lady at the 2nd window charged me for the 2 cups of cheese but didn’t put the cheese in the bag. I pulled into a parking space and spoke to another lady, who I believe was the manager. She assured me the cheese was put into the bag. However, it was NOT! So essentially I had to request cheese a 2nd time and still didn’t get it! The new strawberry frosty is good but nothing spectacular. It tastes like a Strawberry Shake.
