This is ridiculous. It looks like somebody done. Ate this chicken never again. why will you serve this to a customer looking like this? If you don’t have chicken to serve, just say you don’t you ran out already why ruin your reputation this is not the first time to do this.

What a shame with this place, first of all i know things might be getting expensive and is understandable that prices have gone up, but paying almost 15 dollars for this small piece of meat is not nice at all, took me 4 bites to eat it all, couldn’t have gone to Denys, ihop, Cracker Barrel or any other place same price better quality and bigger portions, bill was 50 bucks for 5 pupusas and 1 carne asada! Doesn’t make sense at all if each pupusa is about 2.50 a piece 3 drinks 4 dollars each wasn’t even more than 35 dollars i will not recommend this place at all to go eat void to any cost going there

I went to this place and the food was great but they over charged me. This is a horrible thing to do to a new customer. I recently moved to the neighborhood and live 5 minutes away from the restaurant. My wife and I love Salvadoran food but had a horrible experience with the over charging at this place. This restaurant lost my business. I got 1 mariscasa, 2 pupusas and a plantain. I was charged $31.5 plus tip. I checked the prices on the menu and it’s impossible to get to $31.5 with the items I ordered.

I liked this place but once they decided to accidentally bring out the first 2 plates with a bag on top, we “let that one slide” but then on a plate after those 2, being approximately 70% done with the meal a family member found a plastic bag in the meat. To make matters worse, he continued to eat and found the tip of a knife in the meal! Once we were ready to leave and go pay, one of the serves said she spoke to the manager about the situation, but the manager never showed her face to apologize.

Pupusas here are pretty good, you can get rice flour or corn. The red salsa here is of the watery kind and the cortido tastes ok. Prices are reasonable. The service is good, nice waitress. There is a good amount of seating inside and for the most part the restaurant was clean. If you are in the loop and don’t want to drive far for Pupusas this is a good spot to go to for Pupusas.

The food is not the same it dosent have that flavor it used to have when it was on wayside. Service was ok. RECAP. Tried it once more today. They need more people to service or they just back there not doing their job waited 15minutes before getting a menu. Tables kept dirty for longer than 20 minutes. Server disappeared and no one in the front. Recap from the previous time.Just came in today and my son wanted to eat a popusa we ordered our drinks and food since we already knew what we wanted. When they brought our drink the brought a styrofoam cut to my sum for him to pour his doing and guess what it was dirty cup the worse it smelled like Clorox and fabuloso and he almost poured his drink. Worse when I told the waiter she didn’t even apologize just smelled the cup and said yeah and I’ll bring a new one right away. She never came back another server helped us out and apologize for having to give us a used cup which was not her fault. PLEASE make sure when they give you things there they are cleaned or unused

First time visit, i got the El Salvadorian version of a chicken sandwich. The chicken was good, seasoned well, but the sandwich as a whole was a bit much for me personally. The staff was pleasant. ☺

The place wasn’t even busy and they took more than 30 minutes on our food. Nor was it worth our time. We ordered two tamales and a couple of pupusas and they we’re undercooked. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Just plain and sorry. Never Again.

I don’t understand why it takes 50mi. to make 2 popusas. I notice how 3 tables got their food before me. That’s insane the looonngg waiting time to get your food here

Restaurant was very clean, seats were distanced for safety precautions and the pupusas are the best around town. Very big and packed with ingredients. Definitely worth your money and it doesn’t hurt your pocket.
