I had an urgent restroom emergency at this Starbucks, but the employee refused to give me the code unless I purchased something first. I explained I would buy right after using the restroom, but she still denied it. I visit this location every two weeks for business and always buy coffee, so this experience was very disappointing, Finally I use restroom but I didn’t buy anything because I don’t feel good with employees behave, pls make sure before you come at this location

Manger followed policy for this pass Holiday release for Bear, HK, and holiday cups, She was very organized, letting 4 people or 2 groups I believe to go in at the time! I got my 3 cups that I wanted! Many would say other wise. Not the mangers fault how much merchandise was sent to the store. Probably most stressful drop, 100% fist come first serve, sounds fair.

Ordered these frapps threw their mobile ordering and this is how they hand them to me. These haven’t even been touched this is exactly how i received them requested for them to remake them for me due to them sitting there too long. The manager on that shift denied my request. And on top of that went to pick the order up from drive thru and they could not find my order took them 15 min to find them. Very poor customer service. When asked for corporate number the worker Sam told me she could not give it to me due to it being online that i have to get it myself.

Went after work to get my dad a black coffee and I was given an order for someone else. My fault that I didn’t check until I was almost home. I called the store and expressed my experience and they were quick to offer me a replaced for tomorrow when I get off from work. That was very nice and I truly appreciated it as a fellow customer service person. Thank you for quickly resolving the issue at hand.

A beautiful morning in Perris, CA. I was in the area and had time on my hands so I stopped to visit this location. The drivethru was very busy so I went inside and was in and out. The service was fast and the staff was friendly. My drink came out right and I was pleased with this Starbucks.

Service here is usually good. I marked them down 1 star because we stopped to grab a couple of coffees and they didn’t have any. No explanation, nothing. I’ve been to Starbucks where I’ve had to wait for a fresh brew or a “pour over”, but no coffee at 11AM? Isn’t that their business ?
