Came for my 30 min lunch via drive thru. Order all wrong n missing. Had a 2 pc, potato no gravy and wedges. I received the drink chicken and biscuit. Mashed had gravy, can’t eat it n no wedges. Chicken could of used another minute of cook time but it was decent. Disappointed my lunch was pretty much ruined being i was looking forward to mashed n butter. The rest was going to be my dinner. Please double check orders!

Got the 10 dolla Tuesday bucket with large mash potatoes and gravey…..boyyyyyy let me tell you why the chicken sucked sooooooo bad. This dude took so long to pick out the worst chicken pieces ever. Soo greasy, and white looking like it been sitting in it’s condensation and grease. Salty… the saving grace was the potatoes nice and buttery and creamy.

Quick service through drive thru. Still a bit steep on price for 2 $7.00 boxes and a 12 PC bucket only. Why the mark down in stars?? I had a small side of mac & cheese but my daughter couldn’t eat it because they didn’t pack their famous SPORK.

Everything was hot and lovely, crispy fries, chicken was nice, slightly soggy (but I think thats due to the recipe as most KFC fried thigs are like that). The boys were fast and generally nice, quick service.

I’ve never been more pleased with such amazing service. We can at the last min before close and “Ben” was amazing. He cooked my family a new batch of chicken, that was on special kind you, and gave my son two separate cakes for his belated birthday. If there was a higher score than 5 star, Ben would most definitely get it. Highly recommend this KFC!!! Great job Ben!!!

Yesterday for lunch I stopped with my four youngest children for lunch. The two young men working the counter were wonderful with my kids and very attentive to our order. The restaurant was clean and the food was hot and the wait was short.

Don’t waste your time! If you’re in Holland, get your fried chicken dinner anywhere but here!
We downloaded the app to order ahead as it was Friday evening and we expected them to be busy and we wanted to avoid a long wait. Arrived at the store at the time we were notified the order would be ready to find that the lobby was CLOSED, and the drive through was backed up into the road. We made it into the drive through line just as we were notified that our order was ready for pickup. 30 minutes later we finally make it to the window, only to be told our order was NOT ready. We asked to speak to a manager about a refund, and the sweatpants and tee-shirt clad woman that came to the window was abrasive, rude and showed no concern for the quality of our experience. Right after talking with her and getting nowhere, our order was suddenly ready. The mystery was solved when we realized that our order was missing sides. Didn’t bother calling or going back for a correction as they obviously don’t care. Stay away!
